It's been ordained by God. Get out of Amil junk and you'll see it.

No need for modern day prophets. Plenty of OT prophets from God say the land is Israel's.
Get out of Amil junk and you'll see it.

No need to address it. Human Beings are fallen and Broken. They do all matter of evil.
But what man intended for evil, God can and does use for good.

For instance, the complete defeat of the demon worshipping, human sacrificing "Native Americans", by
Europeans that brought them death, but also the Gospel. How many are eternally saved because of those God used to utterly defeat them?

No need to apologize for your error. The Bible absolutely ordains a regathering of the Jews, in the Holy Land. Please believe Scripture. And get out of Amil junk.
If we follow this line of thinking then the fact that six million Jews were exterminated is also a net positive.
That is what Hagee teaches.

What a sad day for Christianity, what a perversion of scripture.

The Jews of the OT were protected to bring forth the Messiah ... they completed what God needed them to do, start living in the NT.

The call is to make disciples of the world not to support ethnic cleansing and genocide for dirt, in utter opposition to the commandments of Jesus.

I think hate in general is on the rise. It's not just against the Jews but against everyone, including the Palestinians. If we tend to be biased in favor of the Jews, we will just notice hate against them. If we tend to be biased in favor of the Palestinians, we will just notice hate against them. If we lose our biases, we will see hate isn't monopolizes to just one group of people.

Three Palestinian students shot in Vermont, along with that young boy killed in Chicago and I am sure there are more.

Sadly, people on here not taking into account the power imbalances that exist and the powerful lobby groups.

Palestinians’ ancestors could go much further but its ok to kick them out!

More than 3000 yrs. ?! No they can't because they didn't exist until 1948. God gave the land to Abe in an unconditional and everlasting covenant. Nothing changes that, or you're calling God a liar.

This thinking, and the adherence of Martin Luther's teaching, is EXACTLY what emboldened the Nazis to exterminate the Jews.

It is EXACTLY what is so inherently disgusting and satanic about amillennialism.

In the treatise, Martin Luther describes Jews as a "base, whoring people, that is, no people of God, and their boast of lineage, circumcision, and law must be accounted as filth".[10] Luther wrote that they are "full of the devil's feces ... which they wallow in like swine",[11] and the synagogue is an "incorrigible whore and an evil slut".[12]

In the first ten sections of the treatise, Luther expounds, at considerable length, upon his views concerning Jews and Judaism and how these compare to Protestants and Protestant Christianity. Following the exposition, Section XI of the treatise advises Protestants to carry out seven remedial actions, namely:[13]

  1. to burn down Jewish synagogues and schools and warn people against them
  2. to refuse to let Jews own houses among Christians
  3. to take away Jewish religious writings
  4. to forbid rabbis from preaching
  5. to offer no protection to Jews on highways
  6. for usury to be prohibited and for all Jews' silver and gold to be removed, put aside for safekeeping, and given back to Jews who truly convert
  7. to give young, strong Jews flail, axe, spade, and spindle, and let them earn their bread in the sweat of their brow
Luther's essay consistently distinguishes between Jews who accept Christianity (with whom he has no issues) and Jews who practise Judaism (whom he excoriates viciously).[14][15][16]

It is indeed.
The Balfour Declaration was not penned by God, nor was it penned by Godly men.

Aside from supporting ethnic cleansing the doctrine of dispensationalism has created an impotent church.
What of the decree of Artaxerxes Longimanus of 445BC?
I mean it was the date that the 173,880 days prophecy began marking time.

BTW, there is every reason to believe that May 14, 1948 and June 7, 1967 constitute PRECISE 2520 360 day year intervals from 606BC and 586BC MINUS THE 70 YEARS OF CAPTIVITY.

Do I rightly surmise that you did not have the slightest idea about this critical "7 times" prophecy fulfillment?
What did you think? God is just muddling His way thru this prophecy business and lost track of time?

Eze 24:2
Son of man, write thee the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.

Hag 2:18
Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that the foundation of the LORD'S temple was laid, consider it.

Quite the reveal...."the Koran says that the land belongs to Israel"...

Moreover, those comments reveal why the Arab world is standing down in this conflict. Very clearly.

They have no "spiritual" tie to the land or Jerusalem, the Arabs.

PennEd, do you mean the second coming between 2030-2035 as I saw an interesting video about 2033. This is it if interested.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only., and also the emperor Guangwu of China. (I am not familiar with this translation?)

A yin and yang interpretation of the stars.

God gave the stars as signs to the whole world, not just to the Jews.

It is interesting to get a perspective on the celestial signs recorded in the Bible at the crucifixion from someone in China. Beyond that, time to tap the brakes.

It is EXACTLY what is so inherently disgusting and satanic about amillennialism.

Here is a brief definition of amillennialism (https://www.prca.org/articles/amillennialism.html) from a Reformed website/

"A thousand years" is a figurative, or symbolical, description of the entire age of the new covenant. The number 1,000 is a symbolical number, made up as it is of the number 10. In the Bible, 10 is the number of completeness. The symbolical nature of the thousand year period is in harmony with the symbolical character of the book of Revelation, e.g., the depiction of Satan as a great red dragon ( Rev. 12). It is also in harmony with the obviously figurative character of the binding of the spirit, Satan, with a great chain. In addition, Revelation 20 is a vision ("and I saw," vv. 1, 4), not historical observation.

I see no where in this understanding which calls Christians to engage in any form of "anti-semitism"

Luther obviously did not read Josephus, nor did he have an understanding of Revelations and God who reserved vengeance for Himself.

However, I can draw a fairly strong connection between the "doctrine" of dispensationalism and its anti-Arab sentiment as invaders on land reserved only for the Jews which has lead to the sanction of ethnic cleansing which you yourself have supported.

The doctrine of dispensationalism does create a system of exceptionalism, a tribe which is better than the others.

However, scripture is clear.

Now “he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.” (Rom 2:28-29). Now one is of the “Israel of God” not because of physical birth and circumcision, but by being a “new creature” (Gal 6:16). Exod 19:5-6 said about the Jews “ye shall be a peculiar … people … a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation.

"The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.”
Matt 21

The entire world will (eventually and soon) be a theocracy under Christ Jesus with Jerusalem as its capitol. And the land and people of Israel will be an eternal Kingdom, with Israelites being eternal priests. All gentile nations will flow into it and be subordinate to Christ AND the nation Israel and serve the Lord Jesus and His chosen people the Sons of Jacob.

Isaiah 45:14, 17
Zechariah 14:16-17
Micah 4:1
Joel 3......see verse 20
Isaiah 66
Isaiah 2
Jeremiah 31:12-17

And of course hundreds of other passages......

Having said that (and you, now being provided with the correct perspective), exactly what rights to land and nationhood does so called Palestine actually have, bearing in mind the eternal unilateral covenant to the land of Israel so provided to Abraham?
Do you ever use the New Testament, Jesus had a lot to say about the immediate future.

1) Correction: "are being protected". And have been for a long long time.
2) The future after the SC is a long time.....they have hardly even started.

I would urge all Gazan citizens to arrest and prosecute every Hamas operative in the land.
That would be a good start to ending this war. Right?

Oh I know what it is. And as I've said before, there are different flavors of Amil.

But they boil down to making the Scripture fit whatever narrative you want. NOWHERE are we given authority to make private interpretations. In fact, we are told NOT to.

How silly to make a clear metaphor, like satan being a dragon, mean that we can take ANY specific Scripture and make it mean whatever we like. The passage being talked about above even DEFINES who the dragon is. It's like when I call Obama a snake. Is he literally a snake? Hmmm. Bad example He just might be!
The doctrine of dispensationalism does create a system of exceptionalism, a tribe which is better than the others.
Thank you!
Come be exceptional like us! And believe Scripture.

Yes. Two things can be true at the same time.
Who is Romans written to? Mostly GENTILE believers in Rome! That's why Romans 9, 10, and 11 are written. To Amils, so they wouldn't become anti- semites, like MOST of the Reformers were, and understand God is NOT through with the Jews and Israel.

We can be grafted in to THE JEWISH Messiah!
WE, become Jews being in Him.

DON'T boast about that and put down Jesus' human Blood family.

You comment makes zero impact on the veracity of my assertions.

Just to let you know: there is ONLY ONE correct view of Biblical eschatology. And you ain't got it.

This "many views are equally true" blather is patently absurd on its face.

And just to let you know, I think this war and the Ukraine conflict are both horrific tragedies.
I would stop both immediately. But I DO NOT POSSESS THE JUDGEMENT AND WISDOM nor the power to do it.

God is in control. That is all that I know for sure. And Jesus will lose NO ONE.

So does that make any sense to you? Because if it does not, you are beyond help.

High ranking government officials in the Mid East are saying the purpose of the Oct 7th raid was to get information concerning Israeli spies, confidants, and collaborators with Israel. It was worth losing Gaza to get this information. This indicates there is a far bigger war planned and would explain why half of the US fleet is in the MidEast right now.

Isn't Martin Luther one of the men responsible for why we are not all Catholics today? Did what he write really encourage the killing of Jews, or simply the keeping of them out of Christian society (as was largely done with Muslims and other false religions until the last century)?

Some claim that the bible was really Hitler's inspiration for killing Jews, but that claim is unfounded also.

I think it's a long bow to draw to claim Luther's 7 remedial actions were Satanic.
