I have already explained to you that the sealing and grieving (Ephesians 4:30) are NOT the same. If after looking those words up you still want to define them the same, there's nothing else I can say to help you understand.
How can you possibly get confused about the difference between grieving (something we do to Him) and sealing (something He does to us)?
and there you have it

He focuses only on what supports him and ignores the rest. Like myself and others tried to show him

we CAN grieve the spIrit and are warned that we can

But we are also ASSURED that even if we do that. We are sealed by the HS of promise. Not until we grieve him or sin or do something else.. But until we are resurrected.. when our redemption is completed.

Brother Camaron Can you show off a desk you made without producing it first?? The desk does not produce itself brother. If you are talking about taking credit, that is another matter! All glory and praise of course goes to the Lord! But we also have to do our part brother.

The moon doesn't produce light, but it does shine as the sun's light reflects off it.
I'm not sure you understand agriculture. A branch manifests the work of the tree or vine. All of its sustenance comes to it via another source. It's purpose is not to produce life, but exhibit life. If God wanted us to do the work, He would have made us roots.
There are a lot of branches trying to be roots. The problem is...a branch must be cut off to get to the ground. And once there, it's still a branch. It doesn't magically turn into a root. The only purpose it can now serve is to be put in a fire.

Don't sweat it, they hate the fact Verse 27 is a must thing happening for Verse 28 to be fulfilled.

Also, when Jesus said My Sheep HEAR and they FOLLOW, shows 2 Action Verbs, that we must be doing.

This is what happens when people single out 1 Verse and cherry pick it for an unbiblical doctrine.

To use Verse 28 for a Doctrine means you must remove Verse 27 from existing.

So, they are removing Scripture in order to have their Doctrine.

They have to eliminate the truth in order to propose the idealism they follow.

Just think about that for a moment.

We are never forced against our will to be a certain way. We may be influenced but never forced.

Although it may not be popular, the Bible teaches that we are meant to maintain our confidence from the beginning till the end, to remain in God's love, to be faithful even in the face of death, to persist in embracing the grace of God, to continually uphold our faith, and to perpetually abide in His goodness, among other teachings.

Here it is, straight from the Bible:

We are told:

“...We are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end.” (Hebrews 3:13-14).
"Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." (Jude 1:21).
"...be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life." (Revelation 2:10).

We are told to:
  1. Continue in the grace of God (Acts 13:43).
  2. Continue in the faith (Acts 14:22) (Colossians 1:23).
  3. Continue in his goodness, otherwise we can be cut off (just like the Jews were cut off) (Romans 11:21-22).

Enduring or overcoming is a part of salvation:

"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life,...” (James 1:12).
“...He that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” (Matthew 24:13).
“To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life,...” (Revelation 2:7).
"...He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death." (Revelation 2:11).
"He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life,...” (Revelation 3:5).

These are a few examples of our responsibility. It is why I believe many will not make it into the Kingdom of God. They do not even know Christians have to even fight (See: 1 Timothy 6:12). Many today just eat up whatever their Pastor is teaching or the popular sin and still be saved belief today. They never bothered to check it with the Word of God or see if they might be wrong. Most do not want to see otherwise because they like the idea of sinning in this life on some level in having their best life now. It could also be a matter of pride. The scholars they followed all these years could not be wrong. Some look to scholars even more than believing what the Bible actually says. The scholars are the real authority to many. So what it says in their Bible is nothing to them. The scholar will explain it away.

^ that is called willfully ignoring the Truth.

wonder how God views that?

isn't that the WORK of EVIL, to remove the Verses of Truth in order to live by a man made idealism?

Matthew 7:
22. Many will say to me in that day, 'My Lord, my Lord, have we not prophesied in your name, and in your name have cast out demons, and have done many mighty works in your name?'
23. And then I will confess to them, 'I have never known you, remove yourselves far from me, you workers of evil.'

The issue is how one deals with sin and understanding that it is not just all grace.
While we are initially and foundationally saved by God’s grace (Ephesians 2:8-9) (Luke 18:9-14), we also need Sanctification as a part of God’s plan of salvation (2 Thessalonians 2:13) (Romans 8:13) (Galatians 6:8-9).

We have to confess and forsake our sins to have mercy (Proverbs 28:13).
1 John 1:9 says if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:8 is a warning to those who were trying to seduce the brethren (1 John 2:26). They thought that when they sinned in the past, they never sinned at all (1 John 1:10). So they believe sin is an illusion or not real. Christian Scientists believe this way, and so 1 John 1:8 would be a warning to these types of believers. 1 John 1:8 is also a warning to many Christians today who think Jesus took away their future sin. They think that by believing on the finished work of the cross (a saying not in the Bible) is what saves them. They think no sin can separate them from God. Granted, they may not believe in going out in doing a bunch of bad stuff like robbing a bank or murdering people, but they believe they are saved if they commit other sins they think are minor but they are not minor to God. They think, “Oh we all sin” and they think it is impossible to ever overcome any kind of sin in this life. So they justify sin. This is not going to work out for them, though. If they ever honestly read Matthew 7:22-23, they should know that those believers who work iniquity will be told to depart from the Lord Jesus Himself. The same truth is also taught in Matthew 13:41-42. Many will be shocked come Judgment Day, but they did not heed the Word and its warnings that was there all along.

Without holiness, no man shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).

This includes me, you, and everybody else on the planet.

but if you know the "Truth" and do not share it, you're just as guilty.
Yes, I have shared this truth with many over the years. What do you think I am doing now?
But you should first judge yourself before another. You don’t know me or my life.
Don’t turn this into a Pharisee situation like in Luke 18:9-14. One also does need God’s grace.

What was our confidence in the beginning? mine was "God I can't do this thing if You want to save me You'll have to do it all"

God MAKES us willing, He subdues our will, we want to run away from Him. Does this offend you?

That’s not how it works, as I have shown in Scripture.

The Parable of the Prodigal Son teaches that you can lose salvation by living in sin. The Prodigal Son was living it up with prostitutes. Yet, when the Prodigal Son decided to come home and seek forgiveness with his father, his fathe he died spiritually while he was living it up with prostitutes and he became alive AGAIN spiritually when he sought forgiveness with his father (Which would be in our case, the Everlasting Father, i.e.. Jesus Christ). His father also said that he was “lost” and now he is “found”, too. Generally when we speak of the lost in the Bible, it is referring to those who are not saved. Meaning, he went from a saved state to a lost state, and then back to a saved state again.

It’s why 1 John 1:9 says if we confess of our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins. Being forgiven of sins is dealing with salvation. Proverbs 28:13 says he that confesses and forsakes sins shall have mercy. Mercy here is dealing with salvation. One cannot obviously commit sin and claim to be a follower of the King Jesus Christ. 1 John 3:8 says that he that commits sin is of the devil. 1 John 3:10 makes it clear that he that loves his brother and does righteousness is of God. Your belief allows to do unrighteousness and yet you claim the keys to the Kingdom. This runs contrary to almost every turn of the page in the New Testament. Jesus warned about how just looking upon a woman in lust can cause one to be cast bodily into hellfire (Matthew 5:28-30). But men today just want to do the fancy dance to avoid these kinds of pieces in Scripture.

Colossians 4:6
Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Romans 14:4
”Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.”

We also will be held accountable by every idle word. So if you misjudge or condemn me based on no information or evidence, that is very serious. Also, imagine if you slipped up and did not tell certain people about the truth. What then? Are you forever condemned? Surely not. You need God’s grace. That is why we are to confess and forsake sin in this life. We are to fight and battle against it and overcome. We should encourage each other to obey the Lord and not simply just throw the hammer of Judgment around blindly.

I meant to say, “his father said his son died spiritually…”
This is in the first paragraph, on the second line towards the end.
