He said he wouldn't answer, I don't expect him to. But as I told another new member, threads pretty much go where they go. I have asked the same thing on a thread and I've been here long enough to tell you that it won't matter. You did say plz, I will let the matter drop, unless someone directly says something to me. I will always speak up around someone denying the Holocaust, whether a Jewish person is around or isn't. It's how I was raised. I'd do that same for people of any other race too. If Mo wishes to answer he can pm me.
Do not try to reason someone out of something they didn't reason themselves into. Bigots are bigots because they are hateful, low iq maggots. Conspiracy believers are not connected to reality. Holocaust deniers are both.

Isaiah 53:8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

Today you have atheists who are Jewish, you have pagans that are Jewish, you have "ultra orthodox", "orthodox", "semi orthodox", "reformed", "secular", etc. Pretty much anything goes with one exception.

If you follow this one Jewish rabbi born of a Jewish mother in a Jewish town with a Jewish name, then you are not Jewish. He must be very powerful that he could make you "not Jewish". But this is what Isaiah says, He was cut off because He bore the sins of the people.

Ho Ho Ho just as lively as always! Merry Christmas!
1Corinthians 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet,

STRONGS G4396 (for the word prophet):
προφήτης, προφήτου, ὁ (προφημι, to speak forth, speak out; hence, properly, 'one who speaks forth'; see πρό, d. α.), the Sept. for נָבִיא (which comes from the same root as, 'to divulge,' 'make known,' 'announce' (cf. Fleischer in Delitzsch, Com. ü. d. Gen, 4te Aufl., p. 551f), therefore properly, equivalent to interpreter, Exodus 7:1, cf. 4:16; hence, an interpreter or spokesman for God; one through whom God speaks; cf. especially Bleek, Einl. in d. A. T. 4te Aufl., p. 309 (B. D. under the word and references there; especially also Day's note on Oehler's O. T. Theol. § 161, and Winers Grammar, Robertson Smith, Prophets of Israel, p. 389 (note on Lect. ii.))), one who speaks forth by divine inspiration;
I. In Greek writings from Aeschylus, Herodotus, and Pindar down:
1. an interpreter of oracles (whether uttered by the gods or the μάντεις), or of other hidden things.
2. a foreteller, soothsayer, seer.
II. In the N. T.
1. one who, moved by the Spirit of God and hence, his organ or spokesman, solemnly declares to men what he has received by inspiration, especially future events, and in particular such as relate to the cause and kingdom of God and to human salvation. The title is applied to
a. the O. T. prophets — and with allusion to their age, life, death, deeds:
b. John the Baptist, the herald of Jesus the Messiah: Matthew 21:26; Mark 6:15; Mark 11:32; Luke 1:76; Luke 20:6, whom Jesus declares to be greater than the O. T. prophets, because in him the hope of the Jews respecting Elijah as the forerunner of the Messiah was fulfilled: Matthew 11:9-11, 14 (cf. Matthew 17:11, 12; Mark 9:12f); Luke 7:28 (R G T Tr brackets).
c. That illustrious prophet whom the Jews (apparently on the ground of Deuteronomy 18:15) expected to arise just before the Messiah's advent: John 1:21, 25; John 7:40. those two illustrious prophets, the one Elijah, the other Enoch or Moses (but compare the commentaries; e. g. Stuart, commentary vol. ii, p. 219f), who according to the writer of the Apocalypse will publicly appear shortly before the visible return of Christ from heaven: Revelation 11:10 (cf. 3).
d. the Messiah: Acts 3:22, 23; Acts 7:37, after Deuteronomy 18:15; Jesus the Messiah, inasmuch as he is about to fulfil the expectation respecting this Messiah, Matthew 21:11; John 6:14.
e. universally, a man filled with the Spirit of God, who by God's authority and command in words of weight pleads the cause of God and urges the salvation of men: Matthew 21:46; Luke 13:33; Luke 24:19; John 7:52; in the proverb that a prophet is without honor in his own country, Matthew 13:57; Mark 6:4; Luke 4:24; John 4:44.
f. The prophets that appeared in the apostolic age among the Christians: Matthew 10:41; Matthew 23:34; Acts 15:32; 1 Corinthians 14:29, 37; Revelation 22:6, 9;
g. Prophets both of the Old Testament and of the New Testament are grouped together under the name προφῆται in Revelation 11:18; Revelation 16:6; Revelation 18:24.
2. a poet (because poets were believed to sing under divine inspiration): so of Epimenides, Titus 1:12.

Jesus said that we are His witnesses. As a witness of the Lord you can consider yourself a spokesman. But remember James warning, "be not many teachers of the ways of God, knowing that we shall received the greater condemnation".

However you're also a maga hat which I have real trouble reconciling with anything supposedly Christian.

I was thinking how to respond to this and the answer came late last night. A church I have attended when I haven't been able to make it to my church, that I go to on special occasions was defaced last night. This church and another were hit last night. This church is well known in the community, do lots of outreach to help those in need. Many of the people that attend are well known to the community, quite a few older folk. The things written alluded to abortion, homosexuality, Gaza and cancelling Christmas. Why do people support Trump, because they see an unchecked radical left that is pushing anything they can to destroy the country. Marxism, Socialist/Communism, whatever they think will cause the country to buckle to it's knees then remake it to what they want it to be. But none of them have lived in communism, under Muslim rule, they are free in America to believe what they want, but they want that here. What do they know of Gaza? Nothing. I dare any American woman to put their money where their mouth is and go live in Gaza under Hamas. And gays, would they last a day? We had BLM pushing their Marxist agenda and now everyone run to the other side, now we support Gaza. Now we're going after Christians, for what?! Most people even here don't support Israel. That's why people support Trump, because they believe he will push back against this nonsense. One of the reasons anyway.

As the title says, I'm an Orthodox Jewish woman. My Christian sister in law asked me to post a little about us since the subject has come up recently due to recent world issues to answer some confusion/misinformation.

1. Why don't you have sacrifices?
A. Because they can only be done at the temple in Jerusalem buy a Levitical priest. Since the temple no longer exists we can no longer do this.
I think the Levitical priesthood is the requirement. But sacrifices were used as prayers for miracles.
2. How do you get forgiveness?
A. repent and make restitution, depending on the offended party. (G-d, a person, etc...)
The Passover is not even a sin offering in the New Testament.

3. What is the Talmud?
A. It is a large number of books containing very boring debates and commentary on the Torah. Although considered scripture it is not additional laws, it is opinions and rulings base don existing law (The Torah).

4. Why don't Jews believe in Jesus?
A. Because we do not believe he meets the requirements to be the Messiah. There are numerous commentaries online if you really want a deeper answer.
The requirements for final messiah have been weakened in the Tenach.
5. Do you believe in Hell, the Devil, or the afterlife?
A. No, not really and yes.

Cheers!

You are not a prophet and claiming such falsely is a death penalty offense
in the Torah, if you'd like an illustration of how seriously G-D takes it.
How many false prophets have you stoned to death?

How many false prophets do you know of who have been stoned to death in your life time?

She doesn't believe in sin offerings, or the atoning sacrifice that Moses spoke of, but she still holds to stoning someone who dares to be a spokesman for God.

I wasn't really looking for a response. You're a very pleasant person, you just also support fascism. I find the contrast hard to reconcile.

You're not even wrong, you just... error.

1. The requirements for sacrifice are in the Torah. Read them sometime. Being a Levite is required for the priesthood.
2. Passover is a holiday, not an offering of some kind.
3. It's spelled "Tanakh" and I am thrilled you agree it weakens Jesus' claim to be the Messiah.

Ah yes, another Jew who thinks all Christians should give up, and follow Judaism, because we know Judaism has the monopoly on truth.

1. The requirements for sacrifice are in the Torah. Read them sometime. Being a Levite is required for the priesthood.
What did they do without a temple? Jews have lived without one for a long time even in the modern eras.
2. Passover is a holiday, not an offering of some kind.
It is both.
3. It's spelled "Tanakh" and I am thrilled you agree it weakens Jesus' claim to be the Messiah.
A messiah, and potatoe potato. Any Jew can fake messiahship, and many have over 1900 years.

So you are wrong on all 3 points.

I believe in conspiracy fact. Holocaust denial is obviously conspiracy fantasy.

There are no real prophets anymore. Stoning stupid people isn't worth the effort.

I don't support fascism, and I don't know why you'd think that I do. But I suppose that is another thread. But for the record, I do not support it.
