The Holy Spirit's fingerprints can be found from Genesis to Revelation. He is the third Person of the Triune Godhead. His power and influence are made clear throughout the Bible. He dwells with us, teaches and brings to remembrance; bears witness convinces of sin, guides, speaks, declares, inspires speaking through the Scriptures, sends out workers, forbids specific actions, and intercedes.

Jesus said in John 16:13, “When he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, --- he will show you things to come.”

He has had and continues to have intercourse with believers. He dwells in the disciples as a Comforter, Counselor, and Advocate (teacher) to recall the things Jesus taught, testify of Jesus, and reprove the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.

He is omniscience. 1 Corinthians 2:10-12. "The Spirit searches all things."

He is omnipresence. 1 Corinthians 3:16, “Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? Psalms 139:7, "Whither shall I go from thy Spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?"

He is omnipotence. 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, "There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. The -- Spirit, dividing to every man severally as He will."

The church is the believers. Believers all have the Spirit indwelling them. No Spirit, no church. So no.

Individual indwelling Vs the presence of the Holy Spirit in a local church body may be what is being thought of

This question does not make sense. As noted above the Church is indwelt by the Holy Spirit. So the question of surviving without the Holy Spirit does not even arise.

there are plenty of churches and religions who follow man and sometimes women but not the Holy Spirit

How can the Church survive without God? The Holy Spirit IS GOD! God the Holy Spirit/God WITHIN man.

I think it is a question for the sake of a question. Depends which perspective to look at it from.

As a one of the human religions, cults, yada, yada, anything is possible to exist, so in that case, yes. As a body of Christ, the living entity, as God wants it to be, no. That's why God sent His Spirit, to make and build it, the Church, as God wants it to be.

And considering what's going on in the "Church" these days, who knows what Church has being built by the HS and who whose people, the building blocks of it, are.

These "churches" you speak of that fall short of being "the Church" AND NOT the Church. They are false churches, thus none of Gods, and I seriously doubt the Holy Spirit will reside in a false congregation. Why would He? We are instructed not to.

Okay.. you gotta look at what the word church means in each instance it is mentioned.

For eg .. 'ye are the body of Christ ' ...in 1 Corinthians 12... Is about the local body of believers at Corinth. Not all redeemed.

So.. being 'without the Holy Spirit '... What entity is without Him?

A local church losing His presence? Is that what you mean?
