Another possible connection is that Abraham plays a prominent role in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Muslims believe Abraham fulfilled all the commandments and trials and that Allah nurtured him throughout his lifetime. All three religions understand Abraham to be the father of both the Jews and the Arab nations. Jews by way of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Arabs, by way of Abraham, Ishmael, and Esau.”

The third reason is that Isa is the Arabic name for Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus is considered a prophet in Islam but is not thought to be God. The Antichrist and Isa play essential roles in end-time prophecy. Islam’s Jesus is to usher in Islam as the world’s religion, and Islam’s Madi is to appear before Jesus.

Mahdi is the divinely guided One who is to establish the ideal Islamic state and fulfill the divine law. Then, Isa or their Jesus will come, and the last judgments will follow him. Islam is expecting their Mahdi soon, the twelfth Imam.

Will the Vatican and Islam come to some compromise? All they need is a trigger.

I believe you are the one who introduced cult leaders into the thread.

I'm 72 and I've heard a lot of ridiculous statements in my life. Your idea about Mohamed being used to save Jews is way up near the top of the list. In case you missed these points,

1. The gospel is the power of God to bring salvation to both Jews and Gentiles
2. Jews were being save hundreds of years before Mohamed was born
3. Jews are being saved right now without any reference to the Qur'an or Mohamed
4. Mohamed was an antichrist, mass murdering, lying paedophile
5. The Qur'an is not inspired by God and therefore is neither scripture nor necessary to save anyone or convince anyone that Jesus is the Messiah.
6. The Qur'an states that Jesus is subordinate to Mohamed. That is a lie and and heresy of the highest order.

I'm taught by the Holy Spirit. He leads me into the truth. He uses teachers of God's word, the Bible to me directly and preaching from the pulpit. I've read many books and studied God's word a great deal. I do not understand your problem at all. Mohamed was a mass murdering paedophile who intended to create a world wide empire that he controlled. He was worse than Hitler, Napoleon, Stalin or Mussolini. You seriously believe that God will use such a man? Well you are wrong. I repeat, the gospel is God's power to bring about salvation. Murdering Jews, Christians and non-Muslims generally is not God's way of doing things. Jesus called Satan the original murderer. Murderers will not inherit God's Kingdom.
