I also KNOW the "Rapture" has not occurred. I'm still here too. ALSO, Yeshua has not yet returned, nor have God's two witnesses shown themselves. No, we still have at LEAST 5 YEARS TO GO.,, PROBABLY MORE.

When someone asks “Is Revelation about what has happened or about what will happen?” the answer is always “Yes.”

The most important war of all ages was for the souls of men. It's battlegrounds are found in places both physical and spiritual. And while skirmishes still daily break out, the battle that secured the victory was waged on a hill called Golgotha 2,000 years ago. And with the victory cry...It is finished...the veil was rent and access to God restored to men. Live in victory.
I like this understanding I believe the true meaning of the lord returning is all to do with the battle of souls.

And I see the book of revelation happening every day 😊

That is true. What I believe is that what has yet to come is a witness to the world through the Body of Christ. There must be an appearing of Him through us. Today, the church is mixed with the world and cannot, as a double-minded entity, represent the One Son. The events that are coming will sort it out. He will sort it out in us personally and He will sort it out among us corporately. The fiery trials (immersion in fire) are meted out by His hand. The fracturing of the church systems (and the scandals that follow) are a judgement that provides clarity to those who are led by the Spirit. His people are “coming out of her” and repenting.

It does. And there are plenty of candidates. I don't really have a cut and dry understanding of who fits the bill for everything. But one thing is for sure...everyone who wrote concerning the end in the 1st century, always wrote about its imminency. Either they were expecting to experience it or were giving others a false hope.
I did think that way once, but then a re-read of Thessalonians sort of put me off. But I do agree that the NT was very focused on Jesus' imminent return, and yet here we are 2000 years later... or so is claimed... However, Jesus also said there would be doubters before His coming, saying He would not return. Thanks for your explanation.
