For the conspiracy theorists here:

If we think any given president is a puppet, why do we care so much which puppet is on the stage? This whole election year should be a time for popcorn and sitting back to watch the show.
Except there are real consequences depending on who gets into office.

I dunno... I never make my bed. Don't really see the point. Who am I making it look pretty for? If anybody is in my bedroom I have questions MUCH more important than "How do you think my bed looks?"
In a similar vein, I'd think conspiracy theorists would have MUCH more pressing issues than "which puppet are they going to claim got voted for most this time?"
My mother was a nurse, always big on making your bed. Then I read a while ago that you should let your bed breathe and not make the bed. So I'm torn. Maybe just pull a sheet halfway up and leave the pillows in the closet?

I make my bed every morning. At her nap time our four legged daughter rolls the comforter back and crawls under it.

You use the term, even of yourself, to infer that thinking this way is somewhat nutty.
I didn't say anything in any such manner. You are reading into my words.

All I'm saying is, for those of us who believe the president is chosen primarily for entertainment value, there's no reason to get all wound up over the election. It don't matter nohow. We might as well sit back and enjoy the show.

Let me ask you this. Should the civil rights leaders have just been quiet in the 60s? Should they have avoided doing what was right just to avoid unrest? When people avoid doing what's right just so they won't rock the boat, what we end up with is the status quo; and evildoers get the idea it's okay to keep doing evil.
For the most part I agree with you, but Trump has swayed the cult he is leading in unprecedented manners which forces society to land this dragon carefully.

It does not exist. It’s nothing more to know.
So confident and so wrong because you have no knowledge of what the term even means .. the deep state is not about people conspiring.

Enlighten me please, what is or isn't it?
It is not a conspiracy theory it is a view of bureaucrats who are in power year after year and control a lot of what happens in government even as new people are elected in to office.

Sure.
I'm not one. I may use SOME conjecture, but it's always based in fact. As I listed above about Haley. There is conspiracy, but no theory withy her.
You do get that there ARE actual conspiracies right?

You use the term, even of yourself, to infer that thinking this way is somewhat nutty.

People with power have conspired forever, honestly people have to be willfully blind to deny conspiracies.

Et Tu Brute?

It’s just common sense. The government and the rest of the institutions, whatever position, do not have the competence nor capability to govern an entity like a “deep state”.
I see. So when you say it, it's common sense. But, when I do, it's because I'm not a prophet. LOL Got it. Great argument :D

She lacks self-awareness, at least in the political zone. She always asks for hard proof, but is entitled to her own speculation and "common sense".

You are reading into my words.
I'd think conspiracy theorists would have MUCH more pressing issues than "which puppet are they going to claim got voted for most this time?"
Again. You are talking about "conspiracy theorists". The term itself, ESPECIALLY over the past half decade, has, ALL BY ITSELF, implied tinfoil hat wearing nuttiness. There's no "reading into". That's what the term absolutely means today.
I am talking about conspiracies that AREN'T theories.

there's no reason to get all wound up over the election.
Now who's "reading into" statements? I'm not "wound up". Alerting people to the policies candidates are advocating is not getting wound up.

It don't matter nohow.
Yes it does.

Human Beings are alive today because Donald Trump got elected. Forget about Ukraine or Israel, or even the girl in Georgia killed by the illegal alien that Biden let in. ALL of that, or almost certainly much of it, would not have happened if the election 2020 wasn't stolen.
Forget about that stuff and similar things, President Trump's Supreme Court appointments have DIRECTLY led to less babies being murdered in the womb. That is inarguable. Was Hillary going to appoint those Justices? So did it matter in 2016?

So. I have no illusions that Trump isn't somehow involved in bad stuff.
He orchestrated covid operation warp speed. And until recently touted how great the vaccine is.
He allowed the lockdowns and insane money printing. (Nowhere near as bad as Biden. though)
He's touted 15 minute cities although referring to them as "freedom cities".

But his policies are vastly superior to any one else. DEFINITIVELY better than Schwab student Haley.

So yeah it matters who is elected. At least in the here and now.

I personally don't believe there's that much to fear from the Trump "dragon." He relies on people fearing him, but he's not smart enough to lead any kind of serious threat.

I'm talking about people like myself, who believe the president is not elected but selected by a board of directors, primarily for entertainment reasons.

You people who still think election results are actually counted can do what you want. I'mma go pop some popcorn.

Actually I was just seeing how long you would go. Looks like we both assumed each other was a last word kind of guy.
