Glad you were inspired. But all singing isn't inspired. All scripture is.according to 2 Timothy 3:16. Thus, everything Paul penned, regardless of whether he knew them to be the words of God, nevertheless, were.
That is truly indicative of what you have processed from inspiration. Are you Spirit filled? rhetorical question

What you say above shows a hardened heart and one not willing to listen. My post was about inspiration and I see this is where you will stop being friendly

The text plainly does NOT say that God loved us when we WERE sinners. His use of the present tense proves conclusively that God loves his elect ETERNALLY [in Christ] -- which means only NOW -- Presently without end.
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

so who are these mystery sinners that God loves so much, His Son came to this planet and died for them

I love it how now they're trying to categorize sinners from sinners :ROFL::ROFL:

Like I said, you don't understand scriptural inspiration. I do believe God still inspires people tO'Day, as He has throughout history. Handel's "Messiah" is an inspired work, in my opinion. I can only take your word that you were inspired as I wasn't present. But all scripture is definitely inspired.
One thing I have learned is that your discernment could improve. I'm always open to learning and, quite frankly, if you believe my heart is hardened you may be revealing more about yourself than you know.
But it is not my desire to harm others so thanks for the discussion.
Grace and peace.

Correct. And now WHY, according to Rom 9, did God elect one and reject the other? The answer is in the chapter.
God says, "I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion."

Just like I posted a few days ago in this very thread. God's Mercy that the Reformed has tried to correct God with 5 forms of Grace.

Our Father is both merciful and gracious. IMG_5750.gif
Therefore the LORD will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the LORD is a God of justice; Blessed are all those who wait for Him.

Jesus came from the lineage of king David

PSALM 103:1-7
Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from detruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

PSALM 103:8-14
The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

No...predestination isn't about salvation but what God does for those who have been saved.
Really? Would you mind reconciling your viewpoint with

Rom 8:30
30 And those he predestined , he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
NIV

If predestination isn't about salvation then can any of the other three acts of God subsequent to predestination have anything to do with salvation?
