That's very nice....ok...

Now let others expound without you jumping in front of them.
Attention seeking is not a virtue.
looks like someone is trying to gain support again.

It's generally what people do who have no manners, when they comes to table they come as scoffers.

They also like to make discussion about other people.

I guess I must be talking abouts someone

Most of the time he just doesn't make any sense and is disruptive to the flow of the discussion. Your sanity will remain intact if you just put him on ignore and not bother responding to him. Once you do that, reading and participation in the discussions are bliss!

Better to have patience and actually try to understand. Wisdom is sometimes hidden from eyes that move too quickly and dismiss too much. (And please learn the definition of gossip.)

I just realized something…. The title of this thread is not accurate. It’s not one or the other. Both are true. It’s free will and chosen by God.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

- Matthew 11:28-30 (KJV)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

gossip /gŏs′əp/

noun
  1. Rumor or talk of a personal, sensational, or intimate nature.
  2. A person who habitually spreads intimate or private rumors or facts.
  3. Trivial, chatty talk or writing.

I wasn't talking about intimate or private rumors or facts. He often disrupts the flow of discussion that has nothing to do with the topic. So the best advice was to put him on ignore and not responding to him.

We ARE allowed to make judgements calls about what influences we allow to affect us.

If one lets just about any idea come in to affect one, then you'll end up believing in all sorts of crazy false teaching and doctrine: like the distinction between the elect and those saved by free choice. :)

It's no surprise then who would thumb up your post. You ALL have accepted a lot of false teaching. I don't ever want to be a part of your group. :)

Well actually, you’re right. He had made the right choice before the foundation of the world. ….but God had to remind him in this age.
So abraham was alive before he was created? Did I misunderstand you?

Well, what does the Bible say?

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

This much is true, but there is no need for you to do it for someone else or advise others how they should regard other members. Each of us here has the ability to filter out false doctrine on our own with the help of the Holy Spirit. You are not our decision-maker. Holy Spirit inspired scripture—God’s letter to us IS.

Please, you were "advising" me too. So go take your own advise.

yes…. I am dealing directly with you and not trying to influence a third party. If I could, I would do this privately. Just to make my advice plainer—if you have a negative opinion of someone, either keep it to yourself, or deal with it directly with that person.

Do you ever listen to what anyone says so you can understand them?

You misread me 100%
Well it says here all unsaved people have a living stone in them and are precious to God emoji-smiley.gif

The Living Stone and a Chosen People
4 As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him— 5 you also, like living stones,

Important to see this 😊

You also have his life in you before your saved before this next part

— 5 you also, like living stones,

are being built into a spiritual house[a] to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6 For in Scripture it says:

“See, I lay a stone in Zion,
a chosen and precious cornerstone,
and the one who trusts in him
will never be put to shame.”[b]
7 Now to you who believe, this emoji-smiley.gif stone is precious. But to those who do not believe,

“The stone the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone,”[c]
8 and,

“A stone that causes people to stumble
and a rock that makes them fall.”[d]
They stumble because they disobey the message—which is also what they were destined for.

9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of

him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

He called you after the fall of Adam not before, Adam wasn't in darkness before the fall emoji-smiley.gif

Well it says here all Jews who where chosen where all in darkness after the fall of Adam

point-down.gif

10 Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

I wonder what more needs to be
