The other day I woke up having disassociated, not knowing if my thoughts were my own. This almost never happens, but when it does, it's pretty bad. I'm not here to be judged about my mental state. I just want prayers, cause I know God has the power to make things easier. Again, not here to be judged, or to be given advices or criticizing how "awful/sinful" I am for having such illnesses. Just prayers. I just need prayers. Thank you!

"Let us pray of God's spirit to settle over your disturbances with wisdom
and a peace that removes your concerns and confusion. I pray that you strive for
a spiritual connection with God's spirit, and to find new happiness and a wellbeing."
"Amen"

I used to have that issue a lot in my mid teens to upper twenties. That's a very disturbing mental state to be in that you can only appreciate how messed up the situation is once your mind has cleared up. I can unfortunately not give any useful tips on how to stop feeling that way because it only stopped for me when I truly gave up on everything in life, which I do not recommend at all. I'm only just now starting to realize that I'm incapable of accomplishing anything by myself and only God can accomplish anything for me. I had a terrible day yesterday and felt like I was all of a sudden back to my old life and not walking with God anymore. I only just realized hours ago that I was taking everything on by myself like I used to. I was not trusting God enough to make the changes in me that He wants, but I was trying to force myself to change to fit into my ideal form of Christianity. All I can say is to give everything to God. Trust that He will make all the changes in you that He deems necessary and do not rely on yourself or the world to make those changes. God took away my anxiety and depression when I started trusting Him with everything, He can surely take away your issues just as easily as He took mine once you offer all your concerns and afflictions to Him.

I'll be sure to keep you in my prayers as well.

I certainly hope and pray that the Lord gives you release. I don't know why you have set your request into a sense of implied mental health and hence the criticism you were concerned about, but I can see your dilemma. Perhaps the Lord will answer you in your spirit and your mind will be comforted. My wife raised this point just yesterday on 'waking thoughts' and she DID understand that her thought in that instant she raised were NOT her own thoughts at all. So she chose to reject them out of hand. Seems like a balanced position to take for one who desires to both please God and to have greater liberty and rest in Christ. May the Lord bless you.

Thank you. I've been leaving it to God, and I do my due duty of taking my meds. It's just at times it just randomly happens. It's something spontaneous. Especially when I wake up or I'm about to sleep. I guess eventually God will take it away if He wishes to.

Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
