Matt 13 is the Parable of the Sower
Parable - a simple story used to illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson
Since parables are illustrating truth, no exact doctrine can come from them.
30,60, & 100 merely shows the magnitude of how great God can multiply the seed of the Gospel we sow, making the fruit He brings forth in us wonderfully great.
