I think it's impossible to refrain from developing a mental picture of the characteristics & personalities of all of us here on CC. And, at times, we get tired of reading most people's comments. I sometimes believe most of us are on the downbeat thoughts of members. Since most people have 25 negative thoughts for every 1 positive thought, our human nature may be to quick to judge, disavow someone's intelligence, discount opinions and the like. What about you?

I think we are all just living out whatever life throws at us. We make adjustments and move on...

Having a hard time discerning what kind of answer you want. I'm gonna take a stab at it though. Are you asking:

"Do you have a habit of assuming somebody is just being naturally negative and heavily discounting what they say based on that assumption?"

Did I get it right? If not, please tell me what the question is. That's my best shot.

meaning: do you lean towards the negative side of your view of someone? in other words, do you mostly get tired & bored of people's posts after a while?

Hmm... Not really.

I do get accustomed to different people online, and develop a sense of whether there is something worth reading in their posts. Some forum members I just lightly scan their posts. Some I automatically read every line. Some I just see the name and scroll to the next post.

We’re all basically negative on here, because we’re all experts in our own eyes. If you’re on this forum, you’ve pretty much given up, and have landed in a purgatory place called Christian Stagnation Philosophy, Level 1.

I was tempted to say that Level 1 was being generous but that would have been negative and I didn't want to stagnate further. So...great insight.

I swear there are two different people on this one account. Sometimes I wish you would go away and sometimes I wish you would make a lot more posts.

This is one of the latter. =^.^=
