Prayer is a Biblical command. Only those who are not of the elect ultimately refuse the Biblical commands to pray.
If you only do it because to you it is a command then enjoy your legal arrangement with God.

But I have known from Mishnah the value of Relationship once I read Jeremiah.

But in order for Healing, Miracles, things of that Nature it must be done by His Name, which is a command. Even forgiveness like the [Lord's Prayer] is a command.

But to just talk freely to God is praying in a Love Relationship that has no command. It's done from desire, want, need to be with and have more of God.

Here man let me see if I can help you out with the correct interpretation of this passage:

The SAVED fear God, believe Him and heed His warnings. Including His warnings about SATAN. His power, his treachery, the great threat he poses.

The UNSAVED do NOT fear God, nor heed His warnings. INCLUDING THAT OF SATAN whom they mock to their great PERIL!

That is in essence what Jude is intending to say here.

Also.....the aspect of Michael vs Satan already posted earlier as a means of correction.

You were wrongly misapplying that passage to the Church......EPIC FAIL.

Really you failed on every count in your discourse. Very common around here. BTW.
Yes......the Archangel Michael FEARS SATAN. Yet these foolish blasphemers spoken of by Jude DO NOT.

Us obeying God's Commandments to pray, out of love for God, is having a relationship with God.

Matthew 22:37-39 NLT - "Jesus replied, "'You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.' 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: 'Love your neighbor as yourself."

Meaningless. Jesus's Holy Words are utterly meaningless (to this group).

NKJ Lev. 19:17-18 `You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.
18 `You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.

I see some possible chiastic structure here:

A) You shall not hate your brother in your heart.
B) You shall surely rebuke your neighbor,
C) and not bear sin because of him.
C') You shall not take vengeance,
B') nor bear any grudge against the children of your people,
A') but you shall love your neighbor as yourself:
I am the LORD.

A. Don't hate your brother in your heart - Rather, love your neighbor as yourself

B. Rebuke your neighbor (assumes he's done or said something deserving of rebuke) - don't bear a grudge (properly rebuke instead)

C. Central points: don't carry sin because of your neighbor who needs rebuke - don't take vengeance.

There's a lot here. But love of neighbor is to rebuke a neighbor who is out of line (assumption being so they come back into line with the Lord).

Desiring and/or expecting to be coddled for improper views of the meaning of the Text hardly seems biblical. Many who go back to this 2nd Greatest Commandment in Moses rarely look at it in context. Love in context is keeping one another in line with the Lord - the Word - so we today can all grow in His Grace and Experiential Knowledge of Truth.

1 Thessalonians 5:17
Pray without ceasing.
That’s not a commandment of God. This is an exhortation from Paul. :)

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. Be at peace among yourselves. Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. Brethren, pray for us. Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss. I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read to all the holy brethren. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

- 1 Thessalonians 5:11-28
