Now is the time for believers to be of one mind and try not to strive against each other.
If we believe with our heart, mind and soul Jesus the Messiah suffered and died so we can be redeemed and know God, that should enable us to offer the hand of friendship to one another.

Minor differences may come up but we will all stand before the Lion of Judah someday.

Governments around the world lately are getting bolder and bolder about people voicing their opinion about their representative Governments not valuing the same things their citizens value.

Australia was quick to jail people going out and just fishing during quarantines...

The USA jailed thousands for voicing their displeasure over a questionable election.

China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba and etc have never had any compunction about incarceration for political speech or any sort of speech they don't like.

The UK has been recently incarcerating people discussing nationalism riots and demonstrations.

I don't think it's going to get better despite people's hopes.

Hey @JohnDB

Uhhh, let's be honest here, the people who were jailed were doing a little more than just 'voicing' their displeasure. They were doing that over across the way before they went to the Capitol. And it was perfectly legal and fully allowed and I don't think there was any incident of arrest when they were over there. But then they decided to go over to the Capitol and break and destroy windows and doors to gain entry into a locked federal building.

All I'm asking is that we be honest and true in our assessments of these things. Had they merely remained across the way voicing their displeasure with their voices, they'd likely still be allowed to be there today and could have stayed there for the last 4 years if they so chose. At the very least, they were making violent entry into a secured building where they were asked to leave.

God bless,
Ted

Sure,
That's what we have been told.
Is that really true?
Including the pastor who remained outside currently sitting in jail?
Just saying....

Hi @JohnDB

Oh, I'm not saying that one or two people may have gotten taken in just by their pictures being taken while they were in the building. I don't know anything about a pastor sitting outside sitting in jail. I mean that just sounds to me like a planted story. But I'm willing to say that one or two may have been wrongfully detained and that will be worked out in court. But to use the word 'thousands' that you seem to be trying to paint as just 'voicing' their opinions, and that's why they're in confinement, is an outright falsehood. That just is not the case here in the U.S.A. Now I can't speak to your other examples, but that one, I know, I live here, I saw it. There were not thousands who were arrested who were merely voicing their displeasure over what has been time and time and time again shown to have been a very well run election.

But look. You believe what you believe is the truth of the matter. I can't tell you what to think. I can tell you, that if you honestly believe what you're posting here about the 'thousands' merely voicing their displeasure, then you just can't see the truth, or the alternative is that you just don't want to believe the truth. Because the lie is so much more exciting. But there is yet, now 4 long years later, not a single piece of evidence to support your claim about either the encroachment into the Capitol or the validity of the 2020 election.

If that's the case, hey, I can't help you. You'll need someone who is actually trained in mental ability to discern the truth. I'm just a regular guy. I have never had any formal training in dealing with people's mental abilities to think and reason. But yes, and I'm stone serious, if you're really one of these people who believes in their heart that the actions taken on Jan 6 2020 were just pretty normal visitor relations, then there's something wrong with you. I mean, if you need, I can reprint the pictures of that poor woman who got shot crawling through a broken down doorway. Is that how they enter the building for the usual 9-5 tour? I can show you pictures of people sitting at desks throughout the building that is never the case of a normal tour. I can show you pictures of security police doing their best to stop that normal group of tourists from going in places that they were not authorized nor allowed to access, even if they were on a normal 9-5 tour.

One has to literally want to believe the lie to think that the arrest of those people who were in the Capitol on Jan 6 was somehow not appropriate. I'm sorry, but it's just a lie my friend. It's a lie. Don't you get it!!! You're believing a lie that you know with your own eyes is a lie, if you've seen any of the video footage of what the people who were arrested did on Jan. 6 in the nation's Capitol. And I honestly can't help you with that problem. And if it's what drives your vote, then so be it.

But I'm voting for honesty, respect and experience.

God bless and vote wisely,
Ted

Sure, many of those who entered the Senate building should not have and have been incarcerated for it (as they should) but they have arrested plenty of others they claim incited the people who several of which were not even in Washington DC that day.
Just saying....

The voting irregularities have come out.

There was no real evidence at the time of January 6....at least none that was actionable. Sure the polls and the voting numbers didn't match....even the really accurate ones which in itself is not enough for legal protest of counts. But in several very close election states just enough votes were either double counted or changed. And since the investigations were stopped, stalled, and thwarted from investigating crucial issues during court cases..."no evidence" was publicly declared. However....only 3 can keep secrets so long as 2 are dead....and computers ALWAYS KEEP RECORDS.

So now, they do have solid evidence of who, what, when, where, and how the votes were fiddled with. Georgia and Arizona both owe Trump an apology. So does Michigan and Pennsylvania. (Just saying)

But it's spilt milk at this point. No going back to fix it. But admitting the problem, understanding how it happened, and preventing it from happening again is necessary.

Hi @SavedByBlood
There was nothing in that performance that resembled anything about the last supper except for a long table.

God bless,
Ted
Interestingly enough, that morbidly obese human in the center that millions believe was representative of Jesus posted a picture on her/his/it's instagram of a side-by-side of the now infamous Olympic picture and the actual painting of the Last Supper. It must be a coincidence though riiiiight?'...

Hey @JohnDB

Got names? Who have they arrested on charges of helping to incite a riot, that were not in the building on that day running around with all the other troublemakers. Look, I'm a smart enough man to know that if I'm standing among a bunch of thugs trying to destroy public property, that I shouldn't be there. I would be doing absolutely everything in my power to turn around and walk away. And I'm pretty sure I'd have done that as soon as I saw all the breaking of windows and doors to gain entry. So no, I don't have a lot of sympathy for someone who, while you believe they had nothing to do with it, weren't smart enough to walk away if that was the case. No, those people you're cryin' a river for were there because they felt the entitlement and shared the views of the crowd that was there.

Anyway, got names?
The voting irregularities have come out.
Got a list of verified voting irregularities? Or do you just have a bunch of blind guides 'telling' you that there were a lot of voting irregularities. Give me one. What voting irregularity have you seen proven?

So now, they do have solid evidence of who, what, when, where, and how the votes were fiddled with. Georgia and Arizona both owe Trump an apology. So does Michigan and Pennsylvania. (Just saying)
Well, ok then. Have you got a list of all that solid evidence of the who, what, when, where and how the votes were fiddled with. Do you really, honestly believe the stories you're hearing about voting irregularities, and yet you have no proof of any. Go ahead. Show me your proof. That's generally the problem with the MAGA folks. There always big on hollerin' and screamin' fraud... stealin'... lying. But then they can't ever come up with the proof. What have you got?

What are the names of 5 of those people that were wrongly arrested? What's the name of that pastor that was sitting outside quietly while all this was going on in the Capitol and is still in jail? What is the 'solid evidence' that you claim to have a voting irregularities.

Friend, I know you got nothin'. Ya got nothin' Nothin'. It's all nothin'. But a bunch of noise by a bunch of disenfranchised folks wagging their wittle tongues making noise but can't prove a word of it. That's what you've got! I know it!

Hi @Smoke

It's hard for me to say that I belong to the same people group of believers in Jesus the Christ and listen to such silly talk. Of course the man put up the comparison picture. To show you what I'm telling you, it doesn't look at all like what this crazy bunch of supposed christians are claiming. He put that up there so you could see that it wasn't anything like the Last Supper painting by Da Vinci. But you, looking at the comparison picture, let me guess, you said to yourself, "Oh yea, that fat guy with the fruit salad around his blue waste looks exactly like Jesus sitting at that long table that I see right there in the Da Vinci painting. Oh yea, that guys definitely mocking the Last Supper PAINTING of Jesus."

Wow! I am just embarrassed, to know that you need that explained to you and it's not anything like the conspiracy that you are trying to make it out to be.

God bless,
Ted

Good morning @tedincarolina .
When you can, please let me know what you think about my question at the end of page 1. It’s probably my fault that it got stuck in there at the end. :)

Thank you and have a great day. :coffee:

Ted, let's say for a moment that France has never heard of Christianity.
Would you say it's appropriate for an Olympic event to show this type of trash? Typically in Olympics, i would like to see athletes doing things that the rest of us can't do. The best of the best. The opening ceremonies according to tradition usually show this in the form of top or past athletes and some art about the host country.
Why do i need to see the circus instead of the Olympics?
So it's not even a Christian point i'm making here.

What do you think?
very true. the olympics are identity politics driven freakshows instead of athletic competitions nowadays.

I'm NOT MAGA....that's kinda insulting to me IMHO.

I am A-Political....always have been. I don't like politics because of all the disparaging garbage that gets thrown around.
I'm not much of a fan of Christian Political correctness either.

Look, you wanna debate someone that doesn't really care in the first place....I just have noticed these things as they have come across my news feeds. And I'm really really concerned about the future and people showing up one day to arrest me because I stand with God.
And if it comes to that sobeit....I'll go as line leader.

But when you watch all these movies like hunger games, logans run, or whatever you root for the insurrectionists but when it comes to real life you support the established politboro?

Mudslinging 101 is what they use for licensing this sort of political nonsense of jailing the opposition.

The courts are corrupt. The Prosecuting Attorneys are politically motivated....this love of politics is getting worse and worse.

Hi @JohnDB

So that's your answer to support the claims that YOU make? You asked, "What about the pastor that was arrested that was outside the building?" I asked you for an identity. And I asked you for more 'proof' that your other claims that YOU made were possibly true.

Your response is: Oh well, I don't get into all that political stuff. What??? That's literally what your response to me was about, all this brouhaha that occurred on Jan. 6. Now when asked to provide any proof, it's: Oh I don't get into that stuff.

Ok, I understand. You're just someone who listens to far off news feeds and believes what they tell you without proof, which leaves you with no proof to offer when you parrot those claims without proof. Got it!

Oh, and can you think of a good reason why I should bother to go back and look at some question that you claim to have asked of me, if you're not going to engage in a conversation and offer any proof that any of your claims are true? Why would I do that? Tell me please why you think that I should.

But when you watch all these movies like hunger games, logans run, or whatever you root for the insurrectionists but when it comes to real life you support the established politboro?
Well yeah, I do know the difference between make believe fantasy and reality. Sure I can get all excited that PacMan gobbles up all the dots and cheer him on as he runs roughshod over his attackers. But when I turn the game off, or the program I'm watching on television, I realize first, that those things are scripted. They always have the right answer and they always do the dangerous and impossible feats because it's not reality, but a television program. Second, that television, even the so-called reality shows are not reality. They've been rehearsed and planned in advance of what everyone is going to do. Real life isn't like that my friend.

Which is probably one of the reasons that many of us cheer for the underdog in fantasy shows. It is an outlet for all the silliness that we have to deal with when we turn off the show and return to the reality of what is.

Mudslinging 101 is what they use for licensing this sort of political nonsense of jailing the opposition.
And that's the reality that just isn't that you see scripted on your news feeds. Those people, everyone of them that was in the building on that day, were not authorized, allowed or supposed to be in that building. Those people, for the most part, were breaking stuff up and chanting that they wanted to hang someone that was sitting just a few hundred feet from where they were. They were breaking the law and they were arrested and tried on those charges.

But look, you see it as you see it, you just can't offer any proof to substantiate 'why' you see it as you do. Just news feeds that you've briefly scanned that apparently are telling you a bunch of stories that aren't true that you just turn and parrot, but then claim that you're not really interested after you've made your claim. Sure, I get it!

The courts are corrupt. The Prosecuting Attorneys are politically motivated....this love of politics is getting worse and worse.

Why did you have to go to such lengths to defend the trans agenda?
Can you explain this to me?
Hey @Eli1

I'm not supporting any agenda. I'm merely pointing out that all this noise from christians about this display being somehow a reenactment of the Last Supper is not wise. That doesn't say that I approve or disapprove of the performance. It just says that the performance was in no way pointing to the Last Supper. I am not supportive of the LGBT agenda. I believe that sexual immorality is a sin. But I also believe that lying is a sin.

Do I have to choose which sins I speak out against?

God bless,
Ted

Ted, thank you again for clearing your position so we can understand each-other better.
You see, in communication especially in text it's important to have a few exchanges back and forth so we can both understand where we're coming from in terms of ideas. Because initially you came through as someone who's going to a lot of mental gymnastics to support the LGBT agenda, but since you don't support that, then everything is clear and we can move on to other topics now.
Thank you and have a great day. (y):coffee:

And you expect me to view you as a reasonable person when you keep unreasonably accusing me of participating in something I hate?

Just accuse me of being a Satan worshipper and be done with it...

However you are highly politically motivated....that's completely on you. There's a reason I'm on this forum and it has the exact opposite reason of politics. And I'd be much happier if you would take YOUR politics (left wing or right wing IDC) out of this forum.

Politics is SATAN WORSHIP.

I want nothing to do with it.

I want nothing to do with you or your politics.

Well you better hold on. Because if Christians don't get out and vote against this, this will be America in less than a year.
All you have to do is look at Canada to see how Christians will be treated in Kamala's America. She's the mirror image of Trudeau.
