I saw her on youtube talking about It.
She has a policy designed to Increase taxes? That’s different.😂
She said she had no problem with a 70-80% tax.

So now we know she stole Trump's idea.

So besides stealing another person's idea, what other policies of hers do you think are good?

Harris ‘copies’ Trump’s no tax on tip policy at rally in hospitality-heavy Nevada

I think she actually endorses Trump's plan. He said it first and she is now saying the same thing only she didn't give Trump credit for the idea.

Having said that, I applaud her running with a good idea when she hears it. It doesn't matter who ultimately came up with it provided it's a good idea and you are sincere in implementing it.

Tips are income. Why shouldn't they be taxed as income.

Don't you pay taxes on ALL of your income? If everyone paid taxes on ALL their income, the country would be running a surplus instead of a deficit in.

If you look up the original definition of income, you would find that it did not concern itself with wages and salary.

There are also constitutionally mandated ways different taxes are to be collected by category. For example, the way direct and indirect taxes are to be collected.

Taxes aren't the way deficits are assuaged; spending is. If we went back to pre-Covid spending, we would have a balanced budget. Until Congress gets back to passing individual spending bills and stops funding by CSR's, we will continue to see deficits.

I’ll research It and get back with you later but IMO when It comes to Trumps Idea about not taxing waitresses she Is playing along knowing that that Idea will sound good getting more votes but will fall flat and not be Implemented and Trump Is doing the same.

What is the definition of income?
Money derived from assets, property, and capital. Some examples:
Interest...money derived for the use of your capital.
Rent...money derived from the use of your property.

A person's time and skills don't derive income. They are traded for something they believe is of equal value, usually money. But there is no net gain. An employer determines a certain amount of time and activity has the value of some set amount. If the perspective employee determines it's a fair trade, they accept the position. There is no net gain.

It's an interesting study of the history of taxation in the US. Our founding fathers weren't great proponents of taxation after having fought a war over taxation, and this is reflected in the Constitution. The idea that a man's work should be taxed was anathema to them.

You are dead wrong. When Trump is elected, you will see that not only tips, but SS benefits, will not be taxed.

Also, I appreciate you taking the time to find out what Kamala Harris actually believes. You will be surprised what she has said and done.

One that should help her with women voters Is that she plans to erase the tax burden totally for waitreses.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
All tipped employees are women? News to me. Also, she was the deciding vote for the "Inflation Reduction Act" that included additional IRS agents whose first initiative was to crack down on tipped employees not paying taxes. Is this another flip-flop, or is she just playing to the cheap seats?

I wish Donald Trump would take this too heart.🙂

This is Kamala Harris at her best.

Not one interview or press conference since she stepped in as candidate with not one single primary vote.
Democracy at its best. 🤣

Despite all of this, Trump will have a relatively easy victory. When the DOJ was weaponized against Trump, a lot of otherwise uninvolved Americans took notice. If they want to secure a landslide victory for him, all they have to do is put him in jail.

The only thing the government should tax is sales tax. You can't have profit without sales, and having an income tax on employees when the company they work for is also taxed is double taxation, not to mention tax on your home and so many other taxes. If you only had a sales tax it would be a tremendous benefit to local business and manufacturing because stuff imported from China and other places would be hit with the same tax. It would also promote exports as they could be made and shipped tax free. Other countries would be paying the salaries of our workers. They in turn would buy things and so that money would be taxed through sales tax in our country. Sales tax is the simplest and so the tax code would become very simple, you wouldn't need complicated tax codes filled with loopholes and all the tax advisors as well as everyone in the country having to fill out income tax forms each year.

You could also have a few essential food items that have 0 tax like milk and bread so that the poor would see it very easy to get by.

My only caution is to make sure a tax like that isn't added until the other is removed.

It will not happen until the Messiah comes. There is a whole industry that revolves around the tax code. Not only so the only way other countries could do business with the US would be if they adopted the same tax code of just sales tax. All the corrupt rulers throughout the earth would have a fit.

Can you tell us what her policies are that make her a good candidate?
Just to make this clear. I’m not saying Harris has good politics. I’m saying she’s getting traction because we’re not able to make people see that our politics is better. Right now Trump is just whining. I don’t want a whining man becoming president.

You are a day late and a dollar short. Trump is already the Republican nominee.

Trump is often his own worst enemy, but you shouldn't believe what MSM says. There are plenty of good and trustworthy sites to access news. If you need some, just ask. But if you are using MSM as the basis for your arguments, you should expect some push back.
What source are you using for your determination that she has traction? That's not what my sources say. Her crowd size is not that great. She is using AI and large black banners as backdrops to fool you. People are not excited that she is running. Lots of black people are speaking out against her. And her downfall, in the end, will be herself. When she does the debates, she won't have a prompter. Americans will see how simple she really is in her own words.
Trump will win easily and going away. There may be a slight uptick after the Democrat convention, but it will be fleeting. You'll see.
I'll give you a little hint about politics. Unless some major event happens, if you are the one making the headlines, you are losing. All I'm hearing about is Kamala the Kommie and Tampon Tim. Incidentally, he has a huge problem with stolen valor.
