FEMA is Broke?!

Unless I have missed it, I don't see anyone talking about the fact that FEMA has spent it's money on illegal aliens and people in NC are without help.Towns are completely gone. I heard they pulled 6 people out of the mud that had been trapped there for hours. I'm sure there are people here who live close to the situation and may know a lot more. But from all I see on Facebook they are saying there is no site of FEMA and it is the local people who are helping. Along with Franklin Graham and other churches. Does anyone have more information?

Trump should have immediately pointed out that this was CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE and DERELICTION OF DUTY by Biden and Harris, and called upon the Marines and Special Forces to arrest those two. He gets golden opporunities to say these things and fails to say them. If they wanted him locked up for nothing, this should have been his immediate response.
