I am not sure what I am looking for on here. I am a Christian I guess just looking for friends. I am not even sure what to write in this profile. I tend to just ramble and let come out what comes out. I am a retired soldier who works in a hospital now. I have stood where the garden of eden once was. I have seen the tower of babel. I am always up for debates and discussions in civil manners. I have theory's and I have questions and I think thru discussion all can be good. I am not sure what else to write in here so I will end it for now.

During my first deployment when we first got to Iraq we stayed on the grounds of one of Sadam's destroyed palaces. It was in the city of Ramadi. The palace was on a point where the Tigress river and the Euphretes river come together to form a third river. As I stood there I began to think how that was the center of creation and looked around. Got me thinking of the old testement when God said he would never destroy the garden instead an angel will guard it with a flaming sword so none shall enter. I beganto wonder if maybe the flaming sword is the mantle of the earth. To much heat to pass thru and to much pressure to pass thru. There are 2 main routes to go from Ramadi to Fallujah. The first is route 1 which is pretty straight forward and takes you thru Ramadi to get there. The other is route 10 which goes around Ramadi. On route 10 there is a sign and a turn off to get to the tower of Babel. It is crazy to me to think of how that area is so violent but it is where everything started.

The angels were put in place to guard the way to the Tree of Life after Adam and Eve were expelled from the garden for their disobedience in eating of the forbidden tree of the knowledge of good and evil, lest he reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever. This is understood as God desiring that man not live forever in his sinful state. And the promise never to destroy the earth again by water was after the flood of Noah's time. It is stated elsewhere that the Earth will be burned up (for instance, in 2 Peter 3:10b The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.).

Welcome. 1 Corinthians 12. If Christian has Holy Spirit, we have a diversity of gifts. Normally, it's planting seeds for God. Christian people study Bible. There are new Christian converts who are on milk and need to mature to meat of Gods word. Hebrew chapter 5.
Peace.
