hi everybody my name is Aiden Imrie and I am 17 years old. I have been a Christian for 12 year but recently I have been losing a lot of faith from the events that has been happing. my dad was just diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer and it has spread to his lungs. and all these events have been making me ask questions like "if God was real why would my dad by leaving us so early" then I decided to ask for a sign, I waited for an hour and I got nothing. I wanted to come back to our lord and savior and ask him to heal my dad the I remembered that Thessalonians 5:11 says, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing" so I joined this site so I can get the word out and have as much people pray for my family.

Hi, Aiden.

Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing with us what you are going through. I just finished praying for your father, and I will continue to do so. I am also praying for you that God would strengthen you by his Spirit.

Sorry to hear about your father. My dad passed away in 2011, cancer. People make choices in life, and it can affect there physical body, like cigarettes. I felt pain when he passd away. Corinthians chapter 5, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. When person dies in the flesh, there soul returns to the Father. And there are few false brethren on this forum. Be careful who you choose to chat with, or listen to.

Aiden07,

Oh friend I know how you need encouragement right now.
I lost my Mom, immediate family and a lifelong dream. As a result, my health declined, but gradually recovering.
I don't blame God though. He's the only reason I'm alive, plus the help and encouragement from Christian family here. It's good you asked for prayers too.

God is the only One Who can genuinely bring healing, health and everlasting life to us. One reason the Holy Spirit came to be with us is to comfort when we need His strength, love and comfort. I know that's why you ask for prayer, because we really need the Lord, don't we?

I am going to pray for/ with you here.
First I want to offer some hope. Nobody has guarantees, not even the Dr who said stage 4.

From a physical perspective, there are certain things that come to mind.
God created certain things that sometimes help weakened immune systems grow stronger.

This is just one personal example I'd like to share.
My Mom's and my dog Mocha was diagnosed with a stomach/ gastric cancer and had a large stomach tumor. I fed Mocha (>Looks like Mocha<) American Indian Tea and she recovered quickly in spite of what the Vet said.
She was our miracle dog!
She got back energy like a pup, her appetite and more energy than we saw for years. Her tumor shrunk! 😊

Unfortunately, my wicked half brother acted like the Devil and decided to kill her. The Bible warns us about those who harm the innocent,
"The tender mercies of the wicked are cruel."
God answered prayers and used what He made, to help her recover. She was doing great.
Who was to blame? Some might mistakenly blame God for not preventing her from dying.
The wicked devil of a brother is the one who killed her to spite .
Should I have blamed our loving Father for providing the remedy for my Dog's cancer? Of course not. It was a devilish man who did that.

It's beyond the scope of this prayer request thread to go into the big topic of why God allows suffering. Just keep in mind that often the Devil, his servants and the sin cursed world bring much suffering. Some of the most Godly people suffered the most. Hebrews chapter 11 .

Jesus is God and perfect Man. He was mistreated more than all of us. He never did anything wrong. He was punished for our wrongdoing, so we don't have to go to Hell if we decide to trust Him.
>Heaven<
He also knows how much we suffer, so He sent the Holy Spirit to comfort us.
Read John 16

We all need the Lord. We never want to misplace the blame. Jesus loves us so much.

I don't hold my Dad/ Heavenly Father responsible for the cancer or for killing her. My brother was the one who gave her cancer by defying my warning.
I told him to quit spraying Round up aka liquid cancer on the yard where she ran. Such exposure to those harmful chemicals almost guaranteed Mocha would develop cancer and increased the likelihood of my Mom getting it too.
Guess what? Yes, that's right.
My precious Mom went through much of what your dear father is.

That brother nearly stole my life with unbearable grief, a serious heart condition, and other things that gave me cancer symptoms. It is a miracle he didn't kill me too. I started using >This Tea< that I gave Mocha and recommended to others who did well . Perhaps it's something your parents would like to look into?

Since I started a special routine, I started recovering from at least a dozen symptoms. I would have bled to death by now if not for God's kind guidance, providing this medicinal tea and special food nutrients. He used them for my benefit.
I have no way of knowing, but it might be something that your Dad would want to call about. I don't make any money from it. It's relatively low cost compared to anything an oncologist probably charges. I have some brewing on the stove now that I will drink in the morning. The contact information is on the website.

I'm not a medical doctor. I'm a Nutritionist who wants to see God heal the sick. Jesus, The Great Physician, made certain medicinal plants that help us in different ways that pharmaceutical companies can't make money from.

I'm praying for your Dad and family now. If your parents have trouble finding contact information to ask the owner questions, then respond to my post right here until I answer. Don't give up, because I get a lot of responses and don't want to accidentally miss one from your parents.
Please let them know that they should feel free to touch base with specific prayer requests or updates too.

You are brave to reach out to us Aiden.
You have a big heart too. Get plenty of sleep, read your Bible each morning and eat right so you will be strong for your family. Easier said than done, so I will be encouraging you.
📖🙂👍🍵

God bless you all!

:)

"Thank you for being you. I commend a young life that has the courage
to come forward and share their heartfelt thoughts. Bless you.

'I pray you guard the heart, and that the grace and mercy of God are upon
you and those you love.'

'I leave you with what I believe to be the most significant and most ignored words
known of. Our greatest resource...believe it.
