The pope is going to get pissed that AI is stepping on his turf though. The pope was the one who was supposed to empower the beast. That's what I heard.

Also @PAC-fit , there is an atheist here who’s making fun of this exact thing and I haven’t responded there because I can’t tell if he’s trolling or being genuine (such are the problems of text based communication) but he is raising a point which I’ve heard before.

Why are Christians fearful of many things when you trust God?
I mean some even fear God Himself because that’s how they were taught.
But I come to God completely helpless and asking for mercy because I know that He can speak the Universe out of existence just like He spoke it into existence.
So I have no fear of the One who is all mighty and powerful because I am nothing.
Fear should not be in a Christian’s vocabulary but everyone has a different journey, I realize that too.

The examples of apostles and saints in history are an excellent example of Christians who have no fear.
They were faced with torture (torture !) and they had no fear .

Hide under our beds and avoid all contact with the great evil AI? If it is as pervasive as you claim, there will be no way to escape it.

Take up arms and carpet bomb every server farm that has an AI instance running?

Can you give us any course of action besides "we've got to spread the news, warn everybody about the great evil!" anything useful that, assuming you are correct, we could do about it?

nothing we can do about it it is coming but it will change many things, a transition will be difficult many jobs will be lost

while i was typing this a video played in the background I recognized the voice of a famous globalist, David attenborough, in the video explains what they plan for us I think I herd robots will be our friends.. this is no joke it is coming our way.

The regulators in the Nation's capital have been hammering away at this to some degree for a few years now. I could only hope the recent vote for sanity might bolster the talking heads to raise the public's concern. I think the public is pretty thoroughly aware of it. I see it all the time in the comics. Breaking cat news did a month-long storyline about roombas from outer space that came here to help us with the big AI threat.

well there are things we can do about it.

if you do a bit of research on the internet, you will find that these AI need a lot of power, so much so that amazon and others will construct small nuclear generators to feed them as there is not enough electricity fo feed the ""beast""

so if we use this daily we contribute to the problem, it is a bit the same with cloud storage and computing, that I always refuse to use as it uses a quite a lot of power also. add all this with electric cars and we have a problem at this time.
