Brothers and Sisters,

These times and tribulation have existed and do not exist to stress you. Tribulation is not to trouble you, or cause you to fall away…. That can only happen if you are on sand.

The purpose is to strengthen you in Him, The Rock. That you may lean and trust on Him and not man. It is to help you shed yourself of the things of this world. To prepare you for the next. So that you can see what is important. Until the day you too will say whole heartedly, to live is Christ, to die is to gain.

Remember it is written, when you seek me, you will find me, when you seek me with all of your heart! If you don’t know where this is in the Bible you should.

Also, remember this parable.

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.

What storm is he talking about?

Religion is of man, true faith and salvation is of God through Christ alone!

There is one Shepard, the Good Shepard, who lays down His life for his sheep.

There is only one narrow gate! Which you can only find when you seek with all of your heart.

This starts with true faith, or why would you seek? What truly drives people to seek? Blue skies and sunny beach days? Or when afflicted and troubled?

Think about it, tribulation isn’t punishment. It is refinement. Do not people search for shelter in a terrible storm?

The wise will understand and wash their robes, as it is written. In preparation for their Kings return and the wedding.

Those in Christ are not appointed to wrath. However, remember, the Lord said, in this life you will have tribulation. No one is greater than their Master, if they did it to Him, how much more will they do to you, the Lord said!

So seek, find, repent! Wash!!

Love all, serve all, inside and outside the body. For this is what Christ taught us to do.

Love, a brother in Christ

Jeremiah 29:13-14a You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the LORD.

Acts 17:26-27 ~ From one man He made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and He determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their lands. God intended that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. :)

Tribulation is not to trouble you, or cause you to fall away

  • John 16:33
Jesus says, "In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world".

I say -------You are an overcomer by and through Jesus who is the Rock on which His Church is built ----

Your Quote

That can only happen if you are on sand.[/QUOTE]

I say -----

That can only happen if your Faith is not Grounded and rooted in the Vine ----Jesus is the Vine ---we are the Branches ----the branches are fed from the Vine ------ the Branches are only Grounded and Rooted through remaining steadfast in the Vine ----Faith that is grounded and rooted in the Vine is your Foundation ----that will give you the ability to withstand and have victory over the Tribulation and trials that come against you -----

As far as falling away goes ----it is dangerous for the Babe in Christ ---(The Carnal Christian )to remain on the milk of the Scripture as their Faith can waver and Satan can instill doubt= fear and unbelief =in their minds and they can fall away ---these people have to work to Mature in their Faith so they become more Stable in Christ ----

Carnal Christians --straddle the Fence ---have one foot in the physical world and one in the Spiritual world ---Unstable in all their ways ----you need to make a decision ----your stance is in this world or the Spiritual world ---you cannot serve 2 Masters ---James says your a double minded person ---always unstable in all you do -----

Very dangerous for your Soul -----

Christ's Faith needs be to Rooted in Him ---and your Tribulations and trials will end in victory ----you will be an OVERCOMER --

Hebrews 6 AMP
The Peril of Falling Away

6 Therefore let us get past the elementary stage in the teachings about the Christ, advancing on to maturity and perfection and spiritual completeness, [doing this] without laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,

2 of teaching about washings (ritual purifications), the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. [These are all important matters in which you should have been proficient long ago.]

3 And we will do this [that is, proceed to maturity], if God permits.

4 For [it is impossible to restore to repentance] those who have once been enlightened [spiritually] and who have [a]tasted and consciously experienced the heavenly gift and have shared in the Holy Spirit,

5 and have tasted and consciously experienced the good word of God and the powers of the age (world) to come,

6 [b]and then have fallen away—it is impossible to bring them back again to repentance, since they again nail the Son of God on the cross [for as far as they are concerned, they are treating the death of Christ as if they were not saved by it], and are holding Him up again to public disgrace.

I say ---We need Teachers of the Word not Just Preachers of the Word====Many Preach the Word --------Few Teach the Word

Worth the read Folks
