Great video. Thanks for sharing it. That was my life in 19:31, but I finally learned to do the things which he suggested a few years back, and I am definitely better off because of it. No more relationships for me where I do all the giving and caring. Again, great video.

So many people hold on to so many relationships because they have been told that is what will bring them happiness and fulfillment in their lives.

But I admire how well she expresses something she is feeling.
