A lot of people accused Obamacare of creating death panels of people that would decide who lives and who dies. This was debunked as a conspiracy theory. They are not creating death panels of humans, they are using AI to make these decisions.
Agree.
I think they need to give "AI" this face:

Is she a programmer? I don't think it was her 'death panel' shenanigans that killed Obamacare anyway; Obamacare killed itself with the mandates.
She could be a programmer, but yes Obama"care" killed itself because these people are all ego-driven and interested in self-glorification not helping people.

AI is used by the healthcare industry to reject insurance claims.

The woman in the picture is Sarah Palin.

Right; she is the one who pushed the "death panels" narrative; but I wouldn't give her credit for killing Obamacare, or say she's the face of AI.
Idk if it's the AI that is the problem (it probably is) or the doctors are just bad at communicating the urgency of their patient's claims. But it seems like maybe the insurance companies are requiring very specific formatting/language or something- and using "legalese" to avoid having to provide payouts? But they do deny they have such low payout rates.

Regardless, I'm sure the media et. Al. will continue to scrutinize.
