First, you need to go to the section of the forum where you want to start a new thread. For example, if you want to start it in the "Bible Discussion Forum," then just click on that section of the forum. Once there, you should see your avatar and a box next to it that says "Thread title." Click on that, and then an area will appear where you can make your post. Just be sure to give the thread a title, and when you are finished composing your post, just click on the blue box in the upper right corner that says "Post thread."
New threads need to be approved by a moderator, so your new thread might not publicly appear for a day or so.
