When you close your eyes, waking behind

In slumber, plunder the depths within
Flotsum to skies of joys and sin
A pirate you, of your own lagoon
That dreams begat, yet endeth soon
Another day defies the moon

That's being made within the hole
Of mankind and his waking toll

The silence of the silver screen
The movies made within your scream

A lantern aglow in the midnight rain.
Through tunnels of thought, where echoes reside,
A drifting boat on the endless tide.

The waking world, a fleeting haze,
Unraveled threads in dawn’s embrace.
