The biblical definition of quickening is to be made alive ... it is likened to a resurrection.

For 1 billion Hindu's under 3,000 years, hundreds of generational curses and for the 2 billion Muslims under 1,500 year and generational curses and for the 1 billion Buddhist under the curse for 2,500 years.

There is no choice.... only the grace of God can deliver them from their blindness and unbelief.

according to google it says this .To quicken also means a reviving, a refreshing, an increasing of life (Psalms 71:20; 85:6; 119:37,40,88; Isaiah 57:10). It often has reference to the resurrection from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:36) and is so used in many places in the King James Version.
so not only does it mean to be saved but apparently it is also to refer to increasing so perhaps what I experienced when I felt God's power surging through me in church when they spoke tongues over me

They are made alive in Christ... but we are not sealed with the promise of the Holy Spirit until we exercise faith or come to believe, which many assume to be one and the same thing (and I'm not arguing that point)...

I wouldn't say there is no choice, otherwise we could not recieve the gift of salvation you can choose to accept a gift or not but the gift is not your own to recieve rather it is being given to you by the one who is giving it

hmmm.... well to exercise faith would be acting upong the gift of salvation while believing would be when we are accepting faith unless I am mistaken

God gives the saving faith. It is a gift of God so no man can boast.

yes exactly the gift meaning we can choose to accept it or not it is not forced upon us.

The Bible never says we accept Christ, but that we receive Him. In the same passage it says this is done by the will of God and not the will of man...John 1: 12-13.

well to recieve one has to decide to recieve or reject something now if it said imparted that would be different but it doesn't
