You and I, Lady and the Tramp these?
I think the SweetTART ropes would be ideal for doing Lady and the Tramp since they are smoother. These Warheadz ropes are great, but they are covered with sugar, so they may not be as easy to maneuver with our lips. Both are tasty and either way, I'm willing to try!

At no time will I turn down a large slice (chunk) of lemon meringue pie. It's always a good desert addition to a main course of Mama's banana pudding.
Yes, both are so good! Especially when they are scratch made.

Not sure about this…maybe banana. I’m willing to try both though!!

I can make other meringue pies...butterscotch, coffee, chocolate, coconut, etc. There's something magical about a scratch made meringue pie.

I’m looking forward to all of them

That's a sneaky way to get us to eat our oatmeal.

Wanting some jelly beans, but not wanting an entire bag hanging around, I opted for this plastic egg that contained what seemed like a meager amount of Starburst jelly beans. They're okay. Jelly Belly is better.

After lunch out today, I went to the store nearby and spotted these sour straws. I got them to try them...you know, for comparison purposes!
I think SWEETarts ropes are better, but I think these might be better than the Warheads ropes...

My Dad gifted/loaned me his White Mountain 6qt ice cream freezer.

Oh it's a dream come true. There's a reason it's expensive. It whips while it churns pumping air into the ice cream.

And it makes the ice cream scoop able after sitting in your deep freezer.

So I got 5 quarts of vanilla and 5 quarts of chocolate ice cream made (peach to go)

Ultra rich and creamy....extra good. Makes EVERY store bought brand taste bad by comparison. Chocolate is more chocolatey without being literally black.

Vanilla was made with vanilla beans so there's speckles in it....

*sigh*

I also made two cakes. One yellow and one chocolate. Yellow is Alton Browns and Chocolate is from Add a Pinch or Just a pinch....can't remember but it's where you add a cup of boiling water at the end.
Italian buttercream frostings to go. (Choc and vanilla)
