I've been riding my motorcycle today. A lot of people who have mental things going on or have a lot of stress turn to them for relief.
I recommend the TW200, but there are a ton of bikes out there for almost anyone.

Looks like good exercise.
Anything that gets us outside and active is going to help us feel better.
Walks are my thing right now.
I noticed that my legs were previously atrophied because of a supernatural number of crisis, lack of sleep, stress, etc. over the previous 2 years.
Now they are regaining size and definition. Praise the Lord!
It takes a large range of motion and strength to keep a bike up and especially off road. Do you get sore muscles at the beginning of the season?
