I got the device in mail today. It has 10 levels. 1-10. I put it on 10. 30 sec to each part of the body fat, unless I feel it tingle, then I move it.
It feels like sun burns after using it. The test will be running for 1 month. The test results will be in on June 5th, 2025.

Starting weight is 400.2 pounds. Circumference measured with butchers twine at 65 inches. The device says 15 minutes a day. But I have much area to cover so it takes little bit longer. The reason I do 30 seconds, is because I reading NCBI research papers, who said 1 minute. Sometimes it starts tingle before 30 seconds, at which point one is supposed move the device.

I reading that trauma can cause fat loss. I also found that vigorous massaging can cause fat loss. So what I discover is, it takes very little bit of injury to cause fat to empty out. Your fat cells are not destroyed, but they give up their contents. With the RF device it cause the same thing happening? What do you think about this idea? I don't think I am losing fat cells, but the cells are giving up their storage.

Very interesting, thank you for sharing, I know green coffee beans, contain chlorogenic acid which raises the metabolic rate, 1/4 tsp-1/2 tsp swallowed warms me up very quickly in about 10 minutes. Really helps keep extra calories burnt up.
Any place that roasts coffee should have them, just broken up a little bit is a help to let them be digested, if I get jittery I cut back a little.

This seems like a good recipe for cancer that will show up in 8 years.

I have no idea what effect radio waves have in particular. But in general piping energy based waves through the body usually ends up bad.

That is what I was working up to - the higher the frequency, the more damage it can cause to the cells of the body - definitely a recipe for cancer if the frequency is high enough.

Of course, I was trying to find out what the frequency range was before bringing this up - just in case it was not necessary.

But, since you have already taken the thread to DEFCON-3...

It sounds like a great idea. Please keep us updated. :)

yes the frequency for the fat burn is at 1mhz it says. And it has power level settings 1-10. I been putting it on 10. Then it has celluite mode, which is 30mhz - 300mhz I think it was. It says micro current. Also infrared light on it.

Here this is the one I purchased.

I too was concerned about possible cancer from it, as I know radio waves is radiation. According to google research it's well below levels for cancer. I found it was tested and there is research paper report in NCBI.

Right now I not doing another session, because I still feel like I have sun burn. 1 minute to each spot, because I read research paper on ncbi that says this much time. No more than 1 minute. And never put it on face and other areas...

The healthiest and probably the most effective way to lose weight is to exercise and adjust your diet so that you're eating healthy foods; avoid sugars, include lots of animal protein and fats. Avoid corn syrup as if it were poison as it pretty much is and completely cut out sweets. The only sugar you should be consuming will be in occasional corn or peas. Increase your exercising time a little bit at a time. The exercising will speed up your basic metabolic rate so, so long as you're not overeating, you'll start losing weight even while you're sleeping.

I never heard of this thing you're trying, but I can just about guarantee it's going to end in disappointment. Sorry, I'm just offering my honest opinion.

I didn't use it right before. I haven't done it again because I have felt sun burnt. Your not supposed to put it in one spot for prolonged time. The manual didn't say how I am supposed use it. It only said to use massaging gel or something like it.

To use a handheld RF (radio frequency) device, start by preparing your skin with a gentle cleanser and applying a conductive gel. Adjust the device's intensity level to your comfort and glide it over the target area in circular motions, ensuring good contact with the skin. After the treatment, you can massage the area gently. Consistent use, following the manufacturer's instructions, is key for achieving desired results.

Detailed Steps:
  1. Prepare your skin: Cleanse the area to be treated and remove any lotions or oils.

  2. Apply conductive gel: A thin layer of conductive gel is necessary to facilitate the device's movement and ensure optimal heat conduction, says EvenSkyn.

  3. Adjust the intensity: Most devices offer adjustable intensity levels. Start with the lowest setting and gradually increase it as needed, based on your comfort and the specific area's tolerance, notes Konmison.

  4. Begin treatment: Hold the device snugly against the skin and move it in circular motions, ensuring good contact. For optimal results, consider pushing the flesh upwards, like a manual sculpting technique, as described by one user on YouTube.

  5. Repeat regularly: Consistent use, following the manufacturer's recommended schedule, is crucial for achieving and maintaining results, according to EvenSkyn.

  6. Massage after treatment: After each session, gently massage the treated area.

Well it's good that you are aware of this.

Maybe one out of 43 alternative treatments is legit and effective. The other 42 out of 43 are alternative because at best they don't work and at worst they can really do some damage.

Just please be careful man.

Yes, they have had so many false methods, and some people got hurt really bad. Such as the diet pills, who turned out to be higly addictive. And then people gain weight.

But, I started the project again today. I have to put the device on lower setting than 10, because when you put the conductive gel on it, it produces electrical current on you. I am using aloe vera as the conductor. My setting is 4 and 5, and little bit irritation at this level.

Supposed to do it 15 minutes a day, per spot, while moving the device in circles. So, I stick it on my belly in one area for 5 minutes, then do another spot. Cover the belly with it. If I can measure this after about 7 days and see if it below 65 inches.

The real test is the scale, but I can only use the scale at the doctors office.

So everyday like I said here in this post.
