Obviously Cameron, your not a Calvinist if you pray for His will in Jesus Christ be known to all.

I've never claimed to be a Calvinist. I just see so many people speaking for Calvin who know little of what he actually wrote.

Your quotation includes, "those that love Him", does that imply faith plus something else?

Is faith alone?

Do you openly deny that God's Sovereign Will is what Calvinism is based upon?

Faith isn't spoken of in the verse. Those that love Him is the qualifying condition.

Yes Cameron Paul wrote that and quoted from Hosea I think.

But never cherry pick a verse out of it's context.

The, "calling", may mean a way of life rather that a one off call.

Be careful how you tread in the scripture.

It may, but that doesn't alter the answer to the question. It is an affirmative statement of fact.
