Interesting, my son who works in AI related field, was bringing me up to speed on all the advancements .. he seemed to think within the next two years for sure, but I am inclined to agree it could be sooner. :(
Interesting field, AI. I wonder how far it will go. Does anyone see any Bible references to AI? In the wrong hands who knows what it will be capable of in the not too distant future.

Sweden’s Foreign Ministry has summoned Israel’s ambassador to Stockholm in protest against the lack of humanitarian aid being allowed into Gaza, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson said yesterday according to Reuters.
Last week, under growing international pressure, Israeli occupation authorities allowed a trickle of aid into the Palestinian enclave. However, the few hundred trucks carried only a tiny fraction of the food needed by a population of 2.3 million at risk of famine after nearly three months of blockade.
Kristersson told Swedish news agency TT that the European Union should impose sanctions and exert diplomatic pressure on Israel to allow humanitarian aid into Gaza.
“We have been incredibly clear about that ourselves and together with many other European countries,” Kristersson said.
“That pressure is now increasing, no doubt
They could have ended it on day one, give back the hostages. They are still refusing and holding out. Ball has always been in their court. I hope the people of Gaza see that and finally kick Hamas out, for good.

And they could have NOT dropped thousands of missiles and took hostages in the first place.

The Jew is arguably and ironically one of the best witness's for God.

They have been the most hated and persecuted group of people in the world......and keep on ticking.

Heck, many believers think they have replaced the Jew/Israel. Even they can't get rid of them.

Gods plan for Israel stands and will hold.

In Spain 123, 000 acres of farmland devastated with 5 inch hail. 90% of crops destroyed.

Fruit trees and grains were among the crops obliterated by a swift and deadly April hailstorm. This extreme weather reduced farmers' yields to a fraction of their usual output.

Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

You have the long view, I think that puts a lot into the right perspective. :)
Being a history nerd really helps to put things in perspective. At this point, I think the only thing that could outdo the horrors of history is atomic warfare or Revelation events. Other than that, the horrific stories of ancient history or even 60 to 80 years ago make me thankful for where we are at this current moment.

Drone warfare is what I find scary .. in a general sense that is.
How about the specific sense of the last two days with Ukraine and Russia having massive drone attacks on each other.

I meant in the "general sense" meaning not just me in particular but just in general for the country and the world.

The decision by some European countries to lift restrictions for Kyiv on the range of missile strikes on Russian territory is potentially dangerous and contradicts attempts to resolve the conflict," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, whose words were quoted by the TASS agency.
Indeed, dangerous for Russia in its illegal invasion of Ukraine.
