I'm sorry I missed spoke concerning this video. He is orthodox but not a rabbi.
Interesting details and insights.

lol the guy is trying to raise $2 million for that, So what would having a faked, staged trial accomplish? My guess is nothing and he's just trying to bilk gullible Christians out of money

You are quite correct.

Words are not as rigid as we would like them to be. They are rarely unconditional.

Example:
John 19:30 "So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit."

If someone would insist that "It is finished" is unconditional then the need for Jesus to be raised from the dead would not be needed.

There is a tacit understanding in all language, those who push a certain narrative will ignore this.
Silliness.

Everyone understands that Jesus saying "It is finished" is dealing with paying our sin debt.

THAT, is what is finished. The debt. His Resurrection tells us the payment is accepted, and that all those born again in Him will be raised to life.

Well, this covenant is. The Bible says so.
Because you need that verse to be unconditional.

Is John 19:30 unconditional?

Rarely are words unconditional and when they are it is quite obvious.

If verses such as Genesis 12:17, Genesis 15:18, Deuteronomy 1:8 or Amos 9:15 are unconditional then the Bible is a farce!

The nation of Judah ceased to exist in 70 AD and nothing that happened in 1948 can change this fact.

Labeling such verses as unconditional makes the Bible unreliable.

God caused the destruction of Judah. We should not follow foolish notions about self-proclaimed "Jews" bringing it back!

We should be smarter than that.

And that's why it is silly, because it is tacit.

Unstated but understood.

Just as the Kingdom of Judah existing today is silly.

The Bible does not need to state that the referenced verses are never ending, it should be clear that the promise was to end.

Where in the verbiage is it labeled as unconditional?

The promises given to Judah were conditional, simply read Deuteronomy 28:1-14.
Yes, it was conditional. And to whom? The nation of Israel. Right?
Thats why it is called the OT.
We are living according the NT. Right?
And what is the Gospel? Why it is called gospel? Because of the message: who believes in Jesus Christ has eternal life! !

And this gets to the heart of the issue: "And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven."

This was spoken to Jews, who called Abraham their father... as if association with Abraham meant anything of lasting value. No, all men, with the mind of Christ, were to conclude that their origin is from God. And, because of that, their standard of life, belief, and culture was to be the same as God's: in image and likeness.
Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him….. Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.

My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭51:2, 4-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

thats speaking of Abraham’s importance to these folks who accept Christ and the gospel

“Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. ……

that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:6-9, 26-29‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It’s not the children of flesh and blood but the children of Abraham’s faith

It is finished means more than just the debt being paid, although thats the big one. His time on earth was finished, the curtain torn finished the power of the priests, sacrifices were finished as well, which ties to the priests.

Not sure about your comment but here is the verse:

Deuteronomy 28:1-14 NIV
Blessings for Obedience
28 If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. 2 All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God:
3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.
4 The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
5 Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.
6 You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.
7 The Lord will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.
8 The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.
9 The Lord will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the Lord your God and walk in obedience to him. 10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they will fear you. 11 The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you.
12 The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13 The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. 14 Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other gods

Regardless of who, what, when or where the blessings are conditional on the "ifs".
