Not really my genre, but I don't mind this song.

Well, if the hero refers to Jesus, I guess the lyrics are okay, but I find the incessant shouting to be grating before the end.

Here is my contribution to para-Christian metal:

It is intended to be heard after listening to the previous song: From Paul to the Proud,
because it describes the wrath/hell mentioned by Paul in Romans 2:5-9.

Not sure if this one already posted before - it´s more a hardcore - metalcore kind of style.
check the lyrics, I really enjoy them

I could not understand a word except for the quiet interludes. Did I miss seeing the lyrics?
It looks like hair metal without the hair.

At least the song that followed, "Deep", displayed lyrics.

I have not developed an appreciation for songs that are mostly incoherent shouting/noise without melody and harmony (think: Beach Boys), but if they are witnessing for Jesus, more power to them (Phil. 1:18). However, metalcore or death metal is too much for me.

What do you think of this song describing hell in a heavy metal (think: mild Metallica) genre?

I totally get your point, I also had to do a read along cause some of the words where not understandable to my (not native english speaking) ears :D

The song has a pretty oldschool vibe to it, I enjoy the groove and the harmonies, not gonna lie, kinda took me back into the days when my uncle used to pick me up as a kid (he was actually the one that intoduced me to the world of rock and metal). The style kind of reminds me of the band avanged sevenfold? (I believe that was their name, they had a song that kind of went "haaaail to the king" or something along these lines), with a shot of In Flames keyboard. Good stuff.

But I have a question
What exaclty means the line

"Saying, “What’s the use to be blue?"
I never heard this quote before and would like to understand it better

Thanks for the feedback regarding my song. The quote means "What good does it do to be sad?"
I guess you got the double entendre in the line "Thank God that He's dead, too":
"He" referring both to the madman (Christ) and to God Himself, leaving Satan as supreme, so they think.

You might also like another song of mine in the metal mode: When You're Alone

I envision or rather enhear Metallical performing

https://groovykerygma.bandcamp.com/track/late-last-night-revelation

and I enhear Nightwish performing

https://groovykerygma.bandcamp.com/track/when-youre-alone

and I enhear Blackmore's Night (gypsy metal) performing

https://groovykerygma.bandcamp.com/track/from-paul-to-the-proud

and maybe Leonard Cohen (folk metal) performing

Sent by Ravens is pretty good.

Whiteheart is good for '80s Christian metal.

Paige Armstrong is pretty good, but she only made one album.

Well, I was never an expert on Christian Metal. Let me ask you, how do you personally define metal?

I liked these albums:
Mastedon - Lofcaudio
cut: Run to the Water

Petra - On Fire!
cut: All Fired Up

John Elefante/Mastedon - Revolution Mind
cut: Nowhere Without Your Love

Mastedon - It's a Jungle Out There
cut: Glory Bound

Sent by Ravens is pretty good.
Never heard of Sent by Ravens. I'll check them out. Can you link one of their good songs?

Is Whiteheart metal? :p
Just messin' with you. I only had one of their albums Don't Wait for the Movie. I liked it okay. I'd call it rock.
cut: Convertables

Never heard of her either. I'm not a christian music expert by any means. Have a link to one of her best?
