Doesn't matter what they call it, Palestine isn't now nor has it ever been a country.

Not true, and not possible. If they are Jewish they are on their own land. smh
So American African can go back to Africa today and claim their land?

American Chinese can go back to China claim their land?

America was not a country until 250 years ago.

Native American can kick everyone else out now?

I would question the morality of Palestinians that "like" modern Israel and do not resist it.

Israel is different.
God is a Zionist.
The Bible calls Him:
The Holy One of Israel
The Redeemer of Israel
The Rock of Israel
The God of Israel
The Shepherd of Israel
The King of Israel
The Mighty One of Israel
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
God's name is eternally linked to the land and the people He chose.

I don't disagree that the scriptures call him those things.Least all but the Zionist part.

Israel literally in Bible means prevail of God, YHVH prevail, Jesus prevail.

Not human centered. Only God centered.

Praise God, who found us in our darkness, and brought us into His wonderful light.

All the other pagan stuff, stay away.

Do a little homework and find out what is needed to be considered a state, country or nation.

The Jews said to him, “What sign do you show us for doing these things?” Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”
John 2:18–19

You go first.

Not doing for you but will tell you so called Palestine had none of the qualifications.
But to add to you this ....Israel wanted to be sovereign when first established but when Russia was turned down by Israel to be a communist alliance Russia started to support Arabs with weapons in hopes of persuad. That's when the U.S stepped in and now Israel is the only democracy / sovereign state in middle east.

In the world we have many "rights". For instance - each one of us has the right to the air in our lungs: with the caveat, as long as we can defend it. Translating that to nations/countries gives a simple explanation to the current middle-east situation.

With GOD things are different. HE has not yet fulfilled HIS Covenant with Abraham. Gen 15:18 "In the same day Jehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying, I have given this land to your seed, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates,"

The Millennium will serve a number of purposes. 1 The Jews will occupy ALL the Covenanted land. 2 to reflect the Original Sabbath [2Pet 3:8]. 3 to demonstrate the Truth of GOD's Word in Gen 6:5 - And Jehovah saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

2Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming?

2Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

I am just providing a bit of context on 2Peter 3:8 so that people do not fall into the trap of translating days into exact 1000 year periods.
I have also heard this used for the claim that the Genesis creation took 6000 years.
It seems that Peter is just telling us that God has a lot of time, so that we should be patient in waiting for the second coming of Christ.

We are not forced to be strictly literal on every mention of the number 1000.
God owns more than the cattle on 1000 hills Psalm 50:10.

Yesterday at family radio, a pastor talked about modern Israel state as far as scripture teaching. Very good.

I am happy there are remnants who hold on to Jesus teaching, and do not bend their knee to baal.

I believe when the heavens roll like a scroll is when the new heaven and new earth happpens.
Also that we are not the only sentient beings in the heavens that God has created. The heavens is liken to a garden, and earth is a seed planted in a garden by God.

Revelation 6:14
And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together
; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Isaiah 34:4-6
And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll
: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.

God's sword being bathed is symbolism for water. The next verse then says his sword is filled with blood.
In the Isaiah verses you see spirit, water, blood.
The firmament in Genesis was called heaven. The Holy Spirit is a type of firmament dividing us from the waters below. The ones with the Holy Spirit are like the waters above the firmament.
The revealing of this is that the Holy Spirit is the kingdom of God coming down to earth, and God dwelling with man right now.

What once was will be again.there is nothing new under the sun.
The scripture is referencing the rolling of the heavens like a scroll as his word being proclaimed in the heavens and all those it passes through as being judged.A sword is symbolic of the word of God.

Why would his word be proclaimed in all the heavens if we are his only sentient creation in this universe?
God doesn't have to tell us there's more life out in the universe, but he does if you search out a matter.
Even if I believe that New Jerusalem is already here,I also believe that the power of the Holy Spirit will be unlike nothing we have ever seen before.
Most people believe that a physical kingdom will come down from the heavens, but I'm not so sure about that.
New wine, new song,New Jerusalem is all the same thing pointing to the finished work of Jesus, and his promise.

Revelations 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Isaiah 34:4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.

Isaiah 34 has much spiritual language and foreshadowing of future events, perhaps new heaven and earth too, but reading through chapter 34 to the end of chapter 35 reveals that the immediate fulfillment is the Babylonian captivity.
The animals and bird in the land are referred to as the land has it's seventy year sabbath rest, and chapter 35 ends with the return of the remnant.

Also unmistakably in the context of Babylon is
Isaiah 13: 10 "For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine."

There is another similar reference in Joel 2:
Joel 2:30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.
This chapter however seems very much to speak of the new covenant and the destruction of Jerusalem following.
Notice "the great and terrible day of the lord"

Luke also predicts: "great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven" leading up to this time, so about the Revelations 6:12-14 passage I would conclude that some of this really happened in the destruction of Jerusalem, and some is apocalyptic language for total destruction.
The foreshadowing of the new heavens and earth may well be intended there too.

Romans 8:22
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
The women in Revelation 12 is nothing new.It happen at pentecost when a nation was born in a day.
Ezekiel 37 prophesied of it.It came by hearing of the word.By the sword.
The whole creation groans in pain as she were about to give birth.

In this universe we are the waters underneath the firmament, after the heavens roll like a scroll we'll be as the waters above the firmament.
Born again,a new creation.

The heaven we all imagine will be changed as well.not just the physical in our universe.

Depends on if he was preaching what the Word says or not. God is not done with the Jewish people, the world is about to see and understand that fact.

God knows His plans for the Jews, those yet to come in the fold. You trying to bar the way will not stop His plans and purposes.

As long as a person is alive today, he can repent and accept Jesus Lord and savior.
If he dies tonight still rejecting Jesus, then he will not see the kingdom of God.
Only Jesus blood saves.
