We did not know
We did not know we were lied to when I got the vaccine. I evaluated the information available with my risk factors and made a decision. You might not agree with it, but it wasn't foolish. Foolish was just doing what the government said with no thought. I did not do that.
I like the way they dance around latent virus(s) verses Covid19 when they get ask if it stays in your cells and wakes up at will like shingles and the others. Why did they want us all to go ahead and catch it again?
I'm not an anti-vaxxer. As far as I can tell I had the polio vaccine 5 times. Lots of vaccines came out during my teen years and later, so I also had many of the diseases before they were available.
I was in the Army so I got vaccinated for everything. I got shingles, and then got the vaccine later which has reduced re-occurrence.
Most of this thread belongs in the Conspiracy group. I have no problem with typical vaccines. Could there be more research and transparency? Absolutely.
As for mRNA vaccines, I have never and will never take one. There is already enough confirmed information about the problems with those.
For traditional vaccines, I evaluate the cost/benefit just as I do with most decisions in my life. I don't tell others what to do and I don't want others telling me what to do.
Calling someone a fool for making a researched/educated decision is just wrong. Calling someone a fool for blindly following anyone or any organization is foolish.
The vaccines we took as children and the vaccines of today are completely different vaccines.
We did NOT know they are different....didnt even think to ask what year they changed formulas.
Remember how they used to use horses or eggs and if you were allergic to horses or eggs you didnt get vaccinated? They asked repeatedly about it too. But they stopped asking....I thought it was because everyone knew.
Nope....and now vaccines have side effects they never had before.....
Lying by omission is still lying.
"Informed consent" is still legally mandatory.
And by "informed" it means you understand ALL the risks.
And it is definitely a hotly debated topic....because we have not been getting informed with the truth.
MRNA injections for the most part are miracle drugs....they can jump start your immune system and cure a variety of things.
But....they have side effects mostly of hay fever type allergies....even if you never had allergies before. But they also have a high incidence rate of tiny blood clots....which even Fauci himself had to be rushed to the hospital to treat one in his lungs from getting vaxxed.
AND
Apparently they dont last long for immunity.
But if you are dying of cancer....they work great to kill the cancer.
We have been lied to....often & repeatedly....
But yet they still want us to trust them?
I want to be able to trust them too....
but it's no different from finding out your girlfriend has starred in some porno films....
you know you cant trust her and need to kick her to the curb.
Painful but necessary.
I'm not an antivaxxer either....never been one.
Trusted the system and the system is complex.
But they bought the freaking reporting agencies....the independent third parties....dismantling them. (Tens of Millions of dollars burnt)
They intimidated and silenced every whistleblower by illegal means when whistleblowers are supposed to be financially rewarded and legally protected. They literally broke EVERY rule and law on the book to lie....
Then we find out....

Even R.F.K. is not using science at the moment....but using common sense instead....maybe not the best way to do things but it's better to be cautious than sure.

And he needs to be scared....he has a lot to worry about.

The mRNA vaccine caused your body to manufacture spike proteins, a feature of the Covid19 virus. The idea being that your immune system will be able to identify this portion of the virus and deal with it.
There are several problems with this. First, the virus mutates, and developing immunity against one portion of it allows mutant varieties to spread without you having any immunity. This is why you keep needing booster shots.
The second problem is the bigger problem. Your body has two kinds of immunity. T cells are specific to a particular pathogen and are designed to destroy that one invader while other forms of immunity are general and can attack any invader. By telling your body to manufacture T cells your immune system becomes super vigilant against a single pathogen while becoming less vigilant against all other pathogens. This is brilliant if you want to weaken immunity in a way no one will notice.
The third problem is why the incidence of harm is so high from the vaccine. Those spike proteins the body manufactures can cause all kinds of damage from stroke, to heart attack, to death.
I call him Pfauci (paid by Pfizer) Mengele. He belongs in the 9th circle of hell.

Why do you think the jab was not only free, but incentivized with everything from money to donuts?
If it was such an important health concern, why isn’t cancer treatments, dialysis, other communicable diseases, etc… free?
The other side of the issue is the Chicken Little routine by so many Merchants of Fear.
There are a ton of them selling their lies for a few clicks on their website or selling their soul for speaking fees.
So we really don't have any honest science.
Fauci has been lying for 50 years as well as the FDA. Zero morals.

I use the word "poison" in the most general way possible. Some claim the vaccine was a "kill shot". I don't make that claim although it did have a much higher mortality rate than would have been allowed previously for a vaccine. Some say it was a "tracking device" I also don't make that claim, even though they did take DNA of many, many people in the process. So it is quite possible they were looking for something. Some claim it was a dress rehearsal and that COVID19 stands for Certificate of Vaccine ID AI. I don't make that claim either even though it does seem like requiring a certificate of vaccine does seem like the most likely mechanism for mandating everyone get the mark of the beast and justifying refusing to buy or sell from anyone who doesn't get the mark. Still others say that they were using video images to supplement databases they keep on all Americans to determine who is gullible enough to submit to idiotic requirements like wearing a mask in their car and who isn't. I don't say that either despite Flock cameras and NSA keeping voluminous records on all Americans. We know they used Facebook and google for this purpose and that they have been keeping records of all phone calls and text messages.
No, I am being more general than all that even though each of those points may have a certain level of validity. No, by poison I mean they were able to find out who would submit to idiotic vaccine mandate and who wouldn't and then fire those who wouldn't. In Revelation 12 a third of the stars are cast to the earth by the tail of the dragon. I was taught that those stars were the fallen angels, but that makes no sense. When the dragon is cast out of heaven the fallen angels are cast out with him. No, I believe people being fired over the vaccine mandates were the fulfillment of the dragon casting a third of the stars to the earth.
Yes, I do think we will. I am thinking Covid19 was a dress rehearsal. It is a tremendous advantage to any national government to have a CBDC for your currency. It gives the government much more power than they currently have, and it eliminates virtually all crime except that of the government. They will want to eliminate any form of money or barter other than the CBDC.

Or maybe attacked by purple spotted unicorns, just as likely. In all my years of research I have yet to find a scientific paper that proves the existence of any virus. They all start with the assumption one exists without any proof. But at least we have come up with a million way to torture animals in the name of almighty science.
