Is it possible that the second coming is when Jesus (physical and visible) and the dead in Christ (heavenly and invisible) come from heaven to the clouds. The invisible heavenly bodies of the saints continue to earth and are given physical flesh and bone form, while the physically alive saints on earth are clothed upon with heavenly bodies in the twinkling of an eye, and both groups ascend together to Jesus in the clouds. An hour later Jesus descends with the saints the rest of the way to Jerusalem, destroys the opposing armies and sets up his millennial kingdom. So, the second coming and the rapture are on the same day, but one hour apart?

You are misplacing the timeline.
We see billions of believers ( an innumerable number), in heaven way before the aod.
1) you are evidently trying to make a postrib, prewrath case.
In every example by Jesus, there is no postrib /prewrath dynamic in noah or lot.
2) you are placing believers on earth after the jewish PREWRATH GATHERING of rev 14.
The church age ends right at the start of the 7 yr trib.

In noah, he is lifted into the sky for the duration of the trib and RETURNS to earth postrib/post flood and sets up a new kingdom.

Yes... roughly half the church is raptured pretrib according to Jesus in Matthew 24 and Matthew 25.
The rapture is 1 thes 4 and Matthew 25.
The rapture is the gathering of the bride pretrib according to Jesus.
Jesus taught half are taken.
The first resurrection BEGAN with Jesus as the firstfruits.
Next is main harvest.
