Somehow, I had twisted my write. arm. But over a couple of days I lost all use of my right arm. I went to my doctor and he said, lift your arm. And I couldn't, and then he told me that I probably will never get the use back to my arm. I thought to myself that I was terrified because I have a family to support, and I'd hate to lose to use my right arm. Since i'm a ridy, but I also thought in my mind. Doctors have told me things in the past and i've always proved them wrong with God's help, so i'm gonna try to prove him wrong this time. So I took two months off from work. and with god's help, I started exercising my arm to get it to work again. At first, it kind of turned weirdly, because my brain and my arms seemed like they were not working together. And I really had to work hard to make it move. And it would turn sideways, instead of up and down, like, how it's supposed to, and it wouldn't move that far either. And always the next day, it was extremely painful. Then, I would continue doing it again every day for those 2 months, I would go to these steps that go up into a mountain dad had a handrail.
It must have been thousands of steps.. Every time I would take a step, I would swing my arm up and grab the rail, and then take another step, swing my arm up, grab the rail until eventually, I was able to lift my arm to get the rail, and then eventually I could make my arm turn the correct way, lift upward and grab the rail and move to the next step. By the end of the two months I had most of the use of my arm and could lift it seventy five percent up to the top of my head. When I went back to my doctor he was amazed that I had recovered 75% percent of my motion in my right arm.
Now, I have full recovery of my right arm.
