Hello everyone.

I’m considering testosterone therapy and would like to hear from people who have actually gone through it. What symptoms or test results led you to start treatment, and how long did it take before you noticed meaningful changes?

I’m especially interested in how it affected energy, mood, muscle mass, sleep, and overall quality of life. How often do you need blood tests, and what side effects or risks should someone be aware of?

I’d also like to know how people decided between different treatment options and whether the benefits have been worth the ongoing cost and commitment.

Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.

I had low Testosterone levels and had injections, which hurt a lot, for some time. No side effects and it did improve my energy levels.

Same here. I still get a shot every two weeks, and it keeps my energy level up. Shots if given properly don't hurt at all. Before I started the therapy, I fell asleep often every day.
