She never identified it as a demon. And hypocrisy at the outermost is reprehensible in someone who claims a church would reach out to Lindsay. And on the other hand later says she should be murdered by the State because she's mentally ill.
None of that is Biblical for New Testament Christians.
Especially when the one advocating such wicked unbiblical punishment insists the moral law of God in the OT no longer applies to believers in Jesus.

The year was 1994, right after the disgusting OJ acquittal.
I got selected to serve on sexual assault/rape trial, It was the first time I became aware that women are dangerous on a jury.
The guy was a complete and utter scum. He ran an “escort” service. We all understood what that really was.
The girl was 19 and replied to an ad to be an escort, and get hired by him.
She went with the owner, and several other guys in a limousine to a couple of Jersey bars.
Her claim was that the owner of the escort service forced her to give him “ oral “. Sorry, About as delicate as I can put it.
The guy then took the stand, He claimed he asked her to, and she did. And that her real problem was he didn’t give her any money for it.
For whatever reason we didn’t hear from any of the other guys. Only the limo driver, who claimed he didn’t see or hear anything. But he said,
AFTER this supposedly traumatic event, they stopped off and all the guys spent an hour or so time together in a bar.
She got back IN the limousine, and THEN demanded to be dropped off, where she subsequently called a friend to pick her up.
That’s it! NOTHING else. The whole trial took about an hour. I will say the prosecutor (a woman for reference) really did a horrible job.
The jury was composed of 6 men and 6 women.
Not sure how other juries do it, but we suggested to take a vote to see where everyone was.
Understand we all believed this guy was trash, but he wasn’t on trial for being a trashy human being.
To my shock, ALL 6 women voted guilty!
ALL 6 men voted not guilty.
When we started deliberating, and asked the women what evidence was there to convict, they all women
said some variation of, “ well , the evidence is that she said he did it!”
We requested the reading back of the girl’s testimony and resumed. This kinda shook up the defense, and I was a little happy he was nervous.
So we resumed, and after another half hour or so one woman changed to not guilty and no guys switched.
But that these women were willing to throw someone in jail for who knows how long, simply because she said he did it, with absolutely ZERO corroborating evidence, was a real wake up call for me, and how if I were ever on trial I’d want an all male jury, that didn’t operate on emotions or toxic empathy.
Oh, I forgot to mention, it ended in a hung jury. You could tell the judge was peeved at the prosecutor, and said something like, “ since this trial was only an hour, and you deliberated for longer than that, I’m dismissing you, thank you”.
I have no idea if they tried him again.

You shoud not go running off in all directions with something obtained 3rd, 4th and maybe 5th hand and determine it is the truth and nothing but the truth so help you news sources everywhere.
First off, I don't believe Clancy is little miss goodie 2 shoes but the mass of misdircted, unclear and false info being shoved in all our faces is not the credible truth obtained by people who may actually want the truth. Sure, obviously people have based their assessments on past experience, articles and similar crimes but we are now living in the insta-info age and far too many believe they
are capable of judgement and determnation in this and more cases on the way.
As it is, no one here is going to determine the Clancy outcome but unless God sends someone to her who speaks the truth with discernment and the grace of God, I would state her outcome is written outside of any courtroom along with all liars and murderers.
While I believe that the entire atmosphere of the crime is demonic. I don't think it helpful to state emphatically that Clancy listened to a demon's voice and murdered her children. You may believe that, I might even believe that (I'm not convinced she heard a voice since she was not given to hearing them but for this one time) but there is no proof she heard anything. If you say and continue to say she listened to a demon, then you are giving her credibility she may not deserve. You are saying you believe her when she says that, so why don't you believe everything else she says? Because what she did was evil, you ASSUME she obeyed something evil.
Frankly, we have no way to tell since it was a one off according to what I have read. I could be wrong, but that is my current understanding from what I have read.
