I finished. I don't disagree with Ben, although I see things starting and finishing a little later than Ben. Ben's basis is the Blood Moons and eclipses, which I don't dismiss as God's warnings of calamity and change coming, but not sure they lead to Jubilee years. We recently had a couple of eclipses indicative of potential calamity coming to the US, which again I don't dismiss, but when and to what extent is to be seen. The calamities or changes tend to come a few years after the warnings. He indicates not to worry because we will run to Zion. I don't see it quite this way, and more in line with God providing the escape to the safety of our rooms in heaven. Our timings are a little different as I am relying more on scriptural support, but what is a few years after close to 2,000 years? He has 7 years from 2026 to 33, for a 7-year tribulation. But as I will explain at the end of this week, it is probably closer to 10 years as God's wrath period on the World of about 3 years (first 6 Trumpets) occurs before the 7-year period of Daniel's 70th week. This is why I answered your question of 'Day of the Lord' as 2039, of plus or minus a few years. I recognize most scholars see the fig tree as Israel, but the total context leading up to Jesus cursing the tree for not bearing fruit points to Jesus cursing Jerusalem for not bearing religious fruit. I think my explanations will be clearer in a weeks time.

I didn't expect you to agree on everything he says, but i thought it would be something you would enjoy.

Like I said before, he seems to me to be legit on his understandings on the feast days, astrology, and he has connections in the military all over the world.

Im not saying he's right about any of it, but he's worth giving a listen to if like yourself the end times are your thing.

He thinks it will all kick off by cells in the US starting to do attacks within the US. Followed up by an attack on the US by Russia and China. That over in one hour attack. He's predicted it the last two Octobers, and is predicting it this October.

Thanks for checking it out.

Ok. I respect your positional thoughts; some care about prophecy fulfillment, and some don't. It's not for them. But why do those who don't feel care, feel the need to disparage the sharing efforts of those who do? Why bother reading what I wrote if it's not your interest to be watching? You said what is important is to be ready. Being ready is having love in your heart toward all, not what's in our minds that matters. Disparagement is not love.

I did enjoy it, thank you, and found it interesting that we had similar alignments from different perspectives. I have for years seen this year as the beginning, with acceleration in 2027, and things getting hairy in 2028, with the players being the same as you indicated.

I find your passion for seeking the truth an inevitable accompaniment of being a temple of the Holy spirit. It's more uncommon than people think.

Dear BereanBride,

I had a question about your Feb. 27, 2026, thread in which you tallied the Jubilee years, which I really enjoyed. In that thread, you said the following:
"This is a start to understanding the 120 Jubilees that God indicates as how long he will contend with man, so you can form your own table counting forward from the AM years provided in Genesis. "

You're referring to Genesis 6:3 here, in which God says he would only contend with man for 120 years. Why do you think "120 years" actually means "120 Jubbilees" (which equal 6,000 years)?

I'm a brand new member of ChristianChat and I don't know what I'm doing. My user name is Wilkinman. Could you let me know if you received this, and could you answer my question?

Jubilee year AD 28-29 is the end of the age of Torah (Law) per scripture. The next 81st Jubilee period of 50 yrs is called a Transition Jubilee period

Josh Peck and Dr. Ken Johnson highlight that the Book of Jubilees does speak of 4 ages:
The 'Age of Chaos,
The Age of Torah or Law,
The Age of Forgiveness or Grace, and
The 1,000-year reign on earth,
with each age separated by what they refer to as a 50-year transitional Jubilee period that follows the end of the previous age. This means that periods between the 40th and 41st Jubilee, the period between the 80th and 81st Jubilee, and the coming period between the 120th and 121st Jubilee are designated periods of transition from one age to the next age.

If AD 28 -29 was the 80th Jubilee, we might want to find scriptural evidence of it being the end of the Age of Law or Torah and we find that in Luke 16:16, which I will address in a second. First Let's look at what transpired after the 80th Jubilee year began, and the events of the next 50-year Transitional Jubilee period

We begin on the Day of Atonement, the holiest day of the Jewish year, in AD 28 when they congregated at the Synagogue. Jesus was invited to do the Torah reading and handed the scroll from the Book of Isaiah. Jesus found the most pertinent aspect of Isaiah's writings for the auspicious occasion of the beginning of a Jubilee year. In his readings of Isaiah 61:1, he not only declared it the beginning of a Jubilee year but chose to do it through the prophetic writings of Isaiah 61:1-3, leaving off the final aspect of God's Wrath, and declaring he was the fulfillment of what he had just read. He was declaring it the start of the Jubilee year, by his reading choice, along with his open declaration of who he was.

Luke 4:16 So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. 17 And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”
20 Then He closed the book, and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed on Him. 21 And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”

Jesus knew that the beginning of this Jubilee year was about much more than another Jubilee year; it was the beginning of a Jubilee transition period. It was a period ending the Age of Law, and he states this in Luke 16:16

Luke 16:16 “The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time, the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is pressing into it. 17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one tittle of the law to fail.

When Jesus said the law and the prophets were until John, he is stating that the age of the law were until John, because he is speaking in the past tense. He goes on to say, but not one tittle of the law is finished. These are contradictory aspects about the law within the same statement, until we recognize that Jesus is not saying the law has passed away (in comparative reference to the earth), but the age of the law is complete. Note the Hebrew word used for fail is 'Pipto', meaning to perish (end). God's law has not ended; only the age of the law has ended. Jesus provided a scriptural marker that the Age of Law was ending with this 80th Jubilee year, right on schedule with 2,000-year ages. We know it was AD 28, as it was the year Jesus began his ministry per Luke 3:3

Luke 3:3 Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, …..23 Now Jesus Himself began His ministry at about thirty years of age,....................... Tiberius, the second Roman emperor, reigned from AD 14 to 37…...................

From Britannica: Tiberius (born November 16, 42 bce—died March 16, 37 ce, Capreae [Capri], near Naples) was the second Roman emperor (14–37 ce),

Year AD141516171819202122232425262728Year AD
Reign Yr123456789101112131415Reign Yr
Over the next 50 years of Jubilee transition (AD 28 - AD 78), we find:
The establishment of the foundations of Christianity, via the establishment of his discipleship, to carry forward the good news,
The fulfillment of the prophecies of the Messiah, mankind's salvation by grace via his crucifixion (introducing a new Age of Grace),
The replacement of prophets with God's more direct and perfect communicating tool, the Holy Spirit,
The elimination in AD 70 of the Jewish temple and animal sacrifice with it, and finally
The dispersion of the Jewish people for not recognizing the time of his coming.

In the next 50-year Jubilee transition period beginning in the fall of 2028, until 2078, we should expect:
The gathering of his faithful church,
The fulfilment of God's time of Wrath,
The fulfillment of Daniel's 70th week prophecy, including Jesus's 2nd coming,
The wedding feast,
The redistribution of lands to the 12 tribes of Israel, and
The establishment of the millennial temple, found at the end of the Book of Ezekiel.

This is all I have time to post today, but I will delve into backtracking into the years before 732 BC and how they provide support for this AD 28 - 29 year, being the 80th Jubilee, and subsequently the 120th Jubilee year of 2028 - 29

Welcome Wilki, We were all new at some point, and I'm always in a state of learning, so you are in good company. Below I have posted something from a more detailed writing I have that answers your question. In short, the answer is from Biblehub online site Lexicon which explains the word used for years often means periods of time in this context. Here is a link: https://biblehub.com/interlinear/genesis/6.htm The word used for years is 'Sanah', if you scroll down the definition page of 'Sanah' in the left colomn you will come to the topical Lexicon. Here is the word #, click on the number 8141, to take you to the definition page where you will the information needed to reach your own determination. I'll be glad to answer any other questions you may have, Blessings to you,

Lexical Summary
shanah: Year
Original Word: שָׁנֶה
Part of Speech: Noun Feminine
Transliteration: shaneh
Pronunciation: shah-NAH
Phonetic Spelling: (shaw-neh')
KJV: + whole age, X long, + old, year(X -ly)
NASB: years, year, length, annually, count, every year, yearling
Word Origin: [from H8138 (שָׁנָה - second time)]

Below copied from my other writings:

Gensis 6:3 And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”

The Hebrew word used for years, is Sanah, which often means year, but is also used in the context of undefined periods of ‘counts’ specially in reference to prophetic counting. The following is copied from Strong’s Concordance of Hebrew words

Topical Lexicon

Principle Measure of Biblical Time

Shanah frames all covenant chronology. From Genesis to Malachi it is the divinely ordained yard-stick by which life-spans, agricultural cycles, regal reigns, festival schedules, prophetic periods, and redemptive expectations are measured. Scripture never hints at randomness in its unfolding of years; each occurrence witnesses to a God who “has set a time for every purpose”

This 120-year scripture continues to be debated by scholars today, but the majority now except this as a reference to counts as opposed to years, while the traditional interpretation ‘years’ remains in our bibles. Accepting that God was referring to his calendar counting as 50-year Jubilee periods, then 120 Jubilee periods equals 6,000 years (120 x 50). This makes the most sense, that God’s spirit will only contend with man for 6,000 years, representing the time from Mankind’s fall to the end of the Age of Grace.

Col 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Col 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Col 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Jesus took the physical ordinances of Israel out of the way nailing them to His cross.

For they were contrary to us for they had no bearing on salvation.

Which let no person judge you in the physical ordinances for they do not apply in the New Testament.

1Co 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Gal 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

In the New Testament love is the fulfilling of the law.

No physical ordinances to comply to, and no holy days to observe.

The Jubilee does not apply and will not mark anything to understand something in the New Testament.

It will not mark the second coming of Christ or the millennial start or any other date of something.

I agree that Love is fulfilling the law, but I'm sorry you are missing the point of my writings. I'm simply saying the Jubilee count serves a purpose for God, as it is his calendar of Mankind's redemption. I do not mean to indicate it as a necessary observance. God tells and warns us all in advance via Scripture, and in this particular case, showing how.

Dear BereanBride,

Thank you for elucidating "Sanah" in Genesis 6:3. As a follow-on to that, do you trust the Book of Jubilees when it says that Adam and Eve fell after they had been alive 7 years and 4 months? If so, do you think that those 7 years and four months are not included in the first Jubilee count?

These are good questions you are asking

The short answer is yes, I have come to put some faith in the Book of Jubilees after investigating my questions as to why it wasn't included in the Jewish Talmud. The Book of Jubilees was found with the Dead Sea Scrolls, which indicates it was revered by the Jewish Clergy. They didn't include it because it conflicted with their interpretation of the law, specifically regarding the Jubilee period being 50 years. Jewish businesses did not like the 2 fallow years. This was the main reason. A deeper understanding of the Dead Sea Scrolls leads me to accept that they were hidden by those chosen by God for God's purpose, and that the contents are meaningful. Again, I will provide a copy and paste of my other writing that pertains to this. I may have to do this in a couple of posts.

Dead Sea Scrolls

Below is the table again, for ease of reference as we confirm and complete our understanding, remember this is a finished product and reflects a few items yet to be explained. But an important aspect is that Jesus did begin his ministry in AD 28, and John was the dividing line that entered the new ‘Age of Grace’. We will learn more about other ages via the Dead Sea Scrolls.

The Dead Sea Scrolls primarily contain scrolls of Jewish text consisting of:

  • The Jewish Bible, including a few other books not formally included in the Jewish Bible due to some aspects conflicting with their chosen Books of the Jewish Bible (for most part our Old Testament). This included the Book of Jubilees, as one of the few other books
  • The Jewish Talmud, the central text of Rabbinic Judaism, consisting of the Mishnah and the Gemara. It serves as a primary source for Jewish religious law, ethics, and traditions. It explains how the Rabbis perceived the law to be applied, the records of ancient Rabbinic debates about the law and various interpretive teachings, as well as other diverse subjects of importance in Judaism. The Jewish clergy held the contents in the Talmud in very high regard, but the Early Church had little regard for these.
  • The lifestyle, religious rules, beliefs, and studies of the Jewish denominational sect called the Essenes. At the time of Jesus, there were two major Jewish religious denominations, the Pharisees and Sadducees, which we are familiar with in our New Testament. But they existed other minor denominations that existed at the time. One denomination was called the ‘Rebels’, which is mentioned in our scriptures. Barnabas was a Rebel. But we may think of a rebel in terms of behavior only, not a formal religious sect believing in the application of violence. The Essenes were another very peaceful Sect, which we might think isn’t mentioned, but is indirectly referred to in the Book of Acts. The records of the Essenes, found with the Dead Sea Scrolls, provide added insight into God’s ages.
The Essenes were the ones, believed to have hidden the Scrolls in the Qumran caves. The reason believed is that the scrolls reference them not by their sect’s name, Essenes, but they refer to themselves as ‘The Way’. There is strong reasoning that the Essenes were the referenced ‘The Way’, which will become evident as we go along.

We need to begin with understanding who the Essenes were regarding their lifestyle, practices, and beliefs, which separated them from the mainstream sects of Judaism at the time. We could resort to the internet to learn about them, but I have found the internet information incomplete and often speculative. The better source is from their Dead Sea Scrolls themselves assuming the ‘The Way’, are the Essenes. We know the Essenes existed, from ancient historians like Flavius Josephus, Philo of Alexandria, and Pliny the Elder, referencing them. Our most reliable source of contemporary understanding is from a Book published by Dr. Ken Johnson, an authority on the contents of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the writings of the Essenes, as he is devoted to the study of them. He published, The Ancient Dead Sea Calendar, by Ken Johnson, Th.D in 2020, providing insight into information the Essenes wrote and hid with the Scrolls. Here is a summary of who the Essenes were, referring to themselves as ‘The Way’, a reference term we will use

  • ‘The Way’ lived in the desert area of Qumran, based on modern archeological findings of their base setup. It was a closed communal society at the base, consisting of sparse, shared possession, community, which appears to have been limited to men who spent their time studying old Jewish texts, and doing scribe work. There were other sect followers who did not live at the base, but were dispersed throughout Israel, married and living with families, who provided for the sect’s base. They kept to themselves, working within Jewish society, but separated from the followers of the other mainstream religious sects and beliefs. It was a very closed Sect, that had a long initiation before acceptance of outsiders into the Sect. Some scholars suspect John the Baptist either spent time with the base, or may have even been a member. This is derived by similarities in John’s desert lifestyle living, as well as the fact that he was the first in scripture to refer to Jesus as ‘The Way’ (an interesting association). The Way was obsessed with the practice of ritual cleansings of water immersion, evident in their writings and the multiple deep baptismal-style baths found at the archeological excavations. Something that again points to John the Baptist.
  • ‘The Way’ refers to the School of Elijah and a School of the Prophets, and their supposed ancestry to them. The Schools of Elijah and the Prophets is not found anywhere else in historical records, so we have no other confirmation of this being true. But it is not inconceivable if we wonder how a prophet came into being accepted as a prophet, short of fulfilment of a prophecy which might not even occur in their lifetime. Members of ‘The way’ believed they were followers of true Judaism and the intent of God’s word and Law. They believe some were even descendants of prophets, but we have no proof of that. They believe that the mainstream Jewish religious sects, led by the High Priests, had corrupted Judaism and its followers in how they inappropriately applied the law, in the interest of power and greed. A position that appears to be heavily supported in our scriptures by Jesus. Animosity existed between the Pharisees and ‘The Way’, as ‘The Way’, looked upon the Pharisees as a corrupt version of the intended Judaism. The Pharisees looked down on ‘The Way’ as nothing better than Nomads. We see this in scripture when the Pharisees question John as to who he is and his right to baptize, found in John 1:19-28.
  • ‘The Way’ were obsessed with the perceived corruptions of the Jewish calendar versus God’s planned Calendar, by the Jewish clergy over the many centuries. Inaccuracies founded in the Jewish following a lunar calendar as opposed to the solar calendar prescribed by God. The Jubilee count period being reduced to 49-year increments as opposed to God’s prescribed 50 years. The priests allowed 49 years, so the land could be harvested one additional year and not lie fallow. Possibly paid off by the landowners, like how businessmen grease the political wheels in our society to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • ‘The Way’ appeared to be actively trying to sort out the inaccuracies and corruptions of the present Jewish calendar and redefine where they were on God’s proper calendar. They had remarkable insight to the elements of God’s Calendar, the source of which we still don’t know other than the aspects of the Book of Jubilee, of which we do not have an uncorrupted full copy of. The copy found with the Dead Sea Scrolls was incomplete, with missing fragments, and existing copies were not found to be in full agreement with the preserved aspects of the Dead Sea Scrolls, indicating copying corruptions. Maybe ‘The Way’ had access to other writings from the Prophets, not included in any of the books of the Prophets, that the Jewish Rabbis rejected. The Prophets were not particularly liked in Israel, attested to throughout the Old Testament. When it came to the calendar, the Jewish clergy rejected the use of the solar calendar and refused to adhere to the 50-year Jubilee period. These appear to be the two main reasons the Book of Jubilees was rejected from inclusion in the Jewish Bible, but there were a few other minor ones relating to adherence to the law.

We might ask why Jesus didn’t make any scriptural reference to them. The answer might be because Jesus came to address the sick, and the Essenes were for all intents healthy. Remember Jesus referring to John as the greatest Prophet. Maybe that was because John made the way for Jesus, and ‘The Way’ didn’t need Jesus’s help. But maybe the scriptures aren’t silent. If you read the Book of Acts, Paul makes reference to ‘The Way’ (Essenes) numerous times, we just don’t notice it, because we were not aware of the Essenes.

Acts 9:2: Saul asks for letters to Damascus to arrest anyone belonging to "the Way".

Acts 19:9: In Ephesus, some people refuse to believe and speak evil of "the Way" publicly.

Acts 19:23: A great disturbance arises in Ephesus concerning "the Way".

Acts 22:4: Paul recounts how he persecuted "the Way" to the death.

Acts 24:14: Paul admits to Felix that he worships the God of his ancestors according to "the Way" (which others call a sect).

Acts 24:22: Governor Felix, who was well acquainted with “the way,” adjourns the hearing.

Paul also makes numerous references, to Jesus and following him, as ‘the way’ in Acts, but the above refer specifically to a group called ‘The Way’. I suspect that the very first large group of Jewish converts to Christianity were members of the ‘The Way’ sect. They were probably the ones found in the beginning of Acts chapter 5 and 6, as the Christian encampment of common communal living, where those who joined were required to give all possessions to the community (this was the practice of ‘The way’). I will let you read the book of Acts and see if you reach similar conclusions.

Specifically in Dr. Ken Johsons book, is the Essenes understanding of God’s division of ‘Ages’, found in Dr. Johnson’s section titled the School of Elijah (Note I have put pertinent information in Dr Johnson’s book in bold and colored fonts. The words are his original text formats, copied and pasted.

The School of Elijah

Elijah ran a school of the prophets. Josephus stated there was a prophetical work called the Epistle of Elijah that still existed in his day. As far as I know, it does not exist in its entirety today. The Ethiopian Orthodox church has an epistle called the Epistle of Elijah in its cannon. If it is the original text, it is missing a lot of information. It has nothing new to teach us. However, there is a commentary on the Epistle of Elijah called the Tannah Eliyahu.

For our purposes we want to know what it teaches about the calendar. It is obvious that it has been edited by rabbis over the centuries, but it still does contain commentary about the ages as taught by the School of Elijah. The epistle taught that human history would be divided into four “ages.” The first age was called the Age of Chaos and was a period of two thousand years. It started with Creation and ended with the call of Abraham. According to Jasher, God called Abraham in the year 2000 AM. The second age was also to last two thousand years. It was called the Age of Torah and was supposed to exist from the call of Abraham to the first coming of the Messiah. When Messiah came, it would start the third age which was called the Age of Grace. This Age of Grace was also called the temporary messianic period. We are not told why in the commentary, but the Essenes believed it was because the Messiah would die for our sins at his First Coming and rule as king at his Second Coming. The third age was to last for two thousand years. After the Age of Grace there would be a Messianic Kingdom which would last for one thousand years.

The concept of the four ages lasting for seven thousand years is repeated afterwards in several other rabbinical manuscripts
even though it goes against what is commonly taught by them, namely that the Messiah did not come.

The Ancient Church Fathers

Many ancient church fathers believed in this concept of six thousand years of human history and a day of sabbath rest in the Messianic kingdom. This is what the weekly Sabbath ritual was to teach us. There were several church fathers who taught that the Second Coming would be in the year 6000 AM. This was because of the Old Testament chronology, the Essene beliefs, and the teaching from the School of the Prophets.

Johnson, Ken. The Ancient Dead Sea Scroll Calendar: AND THE PROPHECIES REVEALS (pp. 83). Kindle Edition.

Per the Essenes who derived their understandings, supposedly from the School of the Prophet teachings and the Epistle of Elijah, indicate there are 4 Ages

  • The Age of Chaos for period of 2,000 years (at end of 40th Jubilee)
  • The Age of Torah for a period of 2,000 years (at end of 80th Jubilee)
  • The Age of Grace for a period of 2,000 years (at end of 120th Jubilee)
  • The Messianic Kingdom for the last 1,000 years
The Epistle of Elijah and School of the Prophets may appear fanciful, but there was a lot of documents and information that the Jewish Rabbis kept hidden, particularly when it didn’t fit well with their traditions of following of their lunar calendar as opposed God’s prescribed solar calendar which we follow today. We shouldn’t be surprised by this, as we know the Church keeps things hidden from the Christians today, if it doesn’t fit well with their messages from the Pulpit. The Essenes history as the sect was started by an unknown individual named Jonah, who somehow was privy to hidden Rabbi documents, and decided to pull away from the Pharisees, on the basis that their teachings were corrupted, partially in regard to God’s calendar and application of the law.

It is interesting that the Early Church fathers picked up on the concept of ‘Ages’, which they probably derived from the Essenes. This adds confidence to the theory, the Essenes became Christians early in the churches development, bringing with them the concept of ‘Ages’ and their divisions.

The findings of the Dead Sea Scrolls, indicate that the Essenes were attempting to reconstruct God’s calendar, using the Anno Modi (AM) event years given in the Book of Genesis, and had come to believe Creation occurred in in their Jewish year that equates to 3925 BC, per Dr Johnson’s findings of their records. It is remarkable that they had come within 56 years (close to 1 Jubilee period short) of the findings presented here based on beginning with the Jubilee year of Ezekiel 40:1. In doing so, they would have had to use the 62 years presented in the Book of Jubilees and the Jewish Pentateuch for the age of Jared, when he had Enoch (as opposed to the 162 years in our Bible). Using the Anno Modi years of Genesis requires establishing an Exodus starting point, and they lacked the historical and archeological input we have at our disposal. Based on the Essenes calendar development findings, they record that Abraham had died in their calculated 41st Jubilee, concluding that God’s covenant establishment with Abraham was the separating factor between the Age of Chaos and the Age of Torah (or Law). Their recorded finding only indicates which Jubilee, not when during the 50-year Jubilee period, as their calculation would not have supported the year of the end of the 40th Jubilee. This is important as the Early Church Fathers equated the division of the ages to Covenants, probably derived from the Essenes, and still assumed by many scholars today. But our Calendar findings lead to a slightly different conclusion, with the birth year of Jacob and Esau during the exact year of the 40th Jubilee. This Jubilee year is when Israel (Jacob) was born, and God’s redemption path deviated to his plans for Israel and the coming Messiah. This is the year when Chaos would end, and redemption would begin a course through Israel. In the ‘age to come’, Jesus would define another new redemption course change and another new age, the ‘Age of Grace’, at the beginning of his 2+ years of ministry. This was the 80th Jubilee and the end of the ‘Age of Torah’. Covenants are important, but what Abraham was given from God was a future promise. A covenant promise to come based on Abraham’s righteous following, established at the top of Mount Moriah, with his willingness to sacrifice his son Issac (Jacob’s father) . That covenant promise began to be fulfilled with Jacob (Israel). Jesus’s (via his crucifixion) is a covenant promise that is only fulfilled when a person accepts and believes in him, counting them as righteous.

One other interesting finding from our table of Jubilee counts. We indicated that Solomon began construction in 973 BC, which happens to be the 60th Jubilee year, perfectly placed, in the middle between the age separation years of the 40th and 80th Jubilees. What a coincidence of God.

We are just about done but have yet to explain the difference of 8 yrs between the Gensis established Creation of Man, and the Jubilee Count back to the beginning of Redemption year ‘0’ via the Jubilee counts. The Book of Jubilees, found with the Dead Sea Scrolls, provides two lines in chapter 3, that provide the explanation. (source: https://www.pseudepigrapha.com/jubilees/3.htm )
