This "Image of the Beast", also described in Bible prophecy as the "Abomination of Desolation", is likely to be some kind of incredibly high-tech supercomputer, linked to the New World Order's telecommunications network.

Scripture says it will speak and somehow "cause those who refuse to worship it to be killed." Jesus said that when you see this image standing "in the holy place...then shall be Great Tribulation such as the world has never known." (Mat. 24:15-21)A good part of the Book of Revelation describes in horrific detail the terrible pestilences, plagues & nightmarish monsters that God lets loose to tribulate the Antichrist forces, who are trying to wipe out all who refuse to take the Mark of the Beast.​

The subject of the great Tribulation or persecution remains some of the most extremely avioded ,and talk about questions.While some believers just simply comfort themselves with the notion that they are too "good enough"for God to let them go through it.Again,others are composed-focused about it all together.And they seem to have a type of "what comes comes" attitude,which is supposedly a prepared or all weather in Christ Spirit.Which I must confess,I do admire the latter.
But I strongly and totally disagree with the theory of a hi-tech super computer .If we are prophecy -careful and studious, we would realize the beast is symbolic of the Roman Empire of Old that will rise again out of the sea of humanity.Ant the Bible went as far as describing the location.One of the signs of that empire of old in relation to Christianity,was that it persecuted Christian who wouldn't submit to the status-quo.Hence they were thrown to the Lions.Why? Because they loved the truth and were willing to die for the truth.Today we can see how this assault on Christian values is rampant and and wide spread.This is just the beggining,then when the principal anti Christ comes guess what he will try to implement on the Christian?His mark obviously.Which might come literally or through laws similar to what government are trying to impose on the Churches now.
