I hope your day is very blessed. Just because you've run out doesn't mean God won't still step in.
Even though there were some times when He didn't show up right when you wanted Him to, there were also some times when you learned some things in the lag time that you would not have learned. He let it lag a little bit so when He stepped in, there would be a revelation.
