I am being extra cautious and started to take kyzax daily. It is combination of indian and chinese herbs. So far I am doing well and hope to stay healthy. :) Plus i do find myself to be more energetic. I am still worried on taking the vaccine.

Another suggestion coat it with some oil especially for the larger tablet;)
