Absolutely. Hitler was God's will and plan. The antichrist is God's will and plan. The apostasy is God's will and plan. Not all of God's will and plan is in our favor.

That's all He does. Jesus went about suggesting how people should live. But He NEVER petitioned Rome to codify His teachings. He NEVER forced anyone to live His teachings. He said, here is what is right, what is Godly, but do whatever you will. That is suggestion.
