i'm not christian but i do have some questions

@Hydraxolotl , the potential danger I see in certain movies that have magic in them is the potential for someone to get into the occult practices. Only watching a movie isn't the same thing as occult practice in my opinion.

i'm not christian but i do have some questions

    1) I believed in Jesus as a young child. 2) I believe people in the LGBT community ought to feel welcomed and loved in the church. I think that many in the LGBT community has felt hurt and not welcome at church which is unfortunate and I can understand that . I don't believe people can help who...

    Considering Making Christian Videos

I've came up with some ideas , such as sharing favorite verses. It's more daunting really. Much easier to just write posts for me. Sometimes I stutter, but I haven't used to do that. I can sing and enjoying singing but I'm not familiar with copyright laws.

And the SMOKE of their torment...No eternal damnation for anyone, except the Devil

For myself the annihilation viewpoint sounds like worse punishment than the eternal torment view. The reason I say this is because in the annihilation viewpoint the people who are judged cease to exist while in the other view point , they at least have life. I'm not decided on which viewpoint is...

I know of bible verses that support eternal security. I don't believe Scripture supports that a person can lose their salvation.

A person who would do that doesn't know Christ and never has.

If that is your qualms with it then it seems you more so have a issue with the hyper grace teaching and less about eternal security.

In my opinion, in such situation of the murdering child rapist, that person doesn't have the love of Christ nor has ever been saved.

@Phoneman-777 , OSAS doesn't equal license to sin. One day everyone will have to give account of their lives before God. This doesn't mean loss of salvation.

Was the “forbidden fruit” very good?

I don't know really. I wasn't there to try it. It is possible it may have tasted good. Sometimes people like to share foods that taste good with others.

Interesting though oftentimes trying to change someone's perspective doesn't work. Not saying that cannot happen but you got to keep in mind how beliefs can be forged in stone from years. I don't agree with your perspective on OSAS. I believe you are wrong in thinking salvation can be lost. I...

@Phoneman-777 said he doesn't hate the OSAS crowd. I think he is just blunt. I have experience thinking someone hated me when in reality this person does not. This person is very blunt and sarcastic at times. I learned this person tends to speak their mind without a filter.

I think it really comes down to if one's heart has been changed by God. King David was a man after God's own heart, and yet he lusted after the wife of Uriah and had her husband killed in battle. Yet when Nathan the prophet came and pointed out David's wrong, David repented and was grieved over...
