Yes, Ezekiel 40-48 does describe precise dimensions and locations of rooms. If you look at the dimensions they appear to be very small apartments. These small apartments also appear to contradict the Jerusalem in Revelation with streets of translucent gold, and 1,500 miles square, and in height.
