I have met an Indian pastor, he didnt speak very good English, and had a strong accent but his sermons are powerful. Indians are great preachers and they have the heart which comes from a genuine place.

The Holy Spirit is everywhere, you can seek Him anywhere. He knows everything. But to get Him is harder than people think because He guarantees salvation. Guarantees last longer but cost more and have a high price. I know the Holy Spirit can work with people before He dwells in them.
