Hello! Just as this passage indicates I think these are the days we're living in: Judges 21:15 In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit. In my experience churches and Christians often disagree on many things and definitions in denominations can shift. The day is coming...

Hello! I have heard teachings and prophecies on 'revivals' since around 1995 when I attended FGBMFI meetings as a teen, then into AOG and other churches, there was always someone promoting 'revival', but I thought the termed was weakly defined. But I just wondered how revival teachings and...

Hello ZNP. Sometimes in the bible the church is compared to being the bride of Christ, in the Jewish wedding ceremony the bride would be returning with the bridegroom to the place of merriment, so the ten women with lamps are not the church, IMHO. The number ten does have significance in the...

Welcome Brent. Well done, returning to the Lord. God bless you and greetings from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 :)

Hello! It's the times we're living in, the times foretold in the Bible, the End Times when all the old sureties in society and especially in the church are breaking down. Salvation is by grace, but those who have found the pearl of great price are all in, here I am and I have come to do...

Welcome! Greetings from Scotland :) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hi Larry, What a wonderful, life-saving ministry. I'm sorry you became discouraged, I'll pray you can regain what the discouragement has taken. From my own slight experience organizing a lunch club in the church (food, short gospel talk, fellowship, practical help) which attracts a good deal...

Welcome! Greetings from Scotland. I have been to Croatia- Zagreb, Pula, Dubrovnic and Porec, beautiful country! God Bless You :) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Welcome! Greetings from Scotland. Good to have you here with us, God Bless You 😊

A beautiful old Church on the Scottish Island of Ulva, ancient home of Clan Macquarrie, a very peaceful and spiritual place. God Bless You.

Hello! I hope you're well. There's an example of why something can go so wrong, the three legged stool: Sacred Scripture- amen and amen, all scripture is God breathed! Sacred Tradition- Jesus said- 'You nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down' (Mark 7:13)...

Hello biblestudent. Good to hear from you, I hope you're doing well. I would disagree with your point, IMHO the competing celebrity authors in Christianity don't focus on reading the bible, they may quote an odd bible verse or two out of context, but their main drive is talking about...

Hello! The issue IMHO is not sola scriptura, this is the issue as the bible foretold: 2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears...

What does it take to make an octopus laugh? Ten-tickles. What type of sandals do frogs wear? Open-toad. What’s a bee’s favorite musical? Stinging in the Rain. Why should you worry about a math teacher holding graph paper? She’s definitely plotting something. What fruit do twins love? Pears...

Hello! It's just my perception but in the bible no-one questioned if the miracles happened, that a miracle had happened was evidently obvious to all, they questioned the source of the power for the amazing miracles, for examples: They had Peter and John brought before them and began to...

Yes. And we can meet with brothers and sisters from all over the world, people we wouldn't otherwise meet until God's Kingdom :)

Welcome Timothy, greetings from Scotland :)

Hello Anchorite, I would agree. In Matthew 24:4 Jesus talks of the signs of the End Times and the first thing he says is 'Take care that no man deceives you'. Sadly in our day open frauds and fakes seem to be tolerated by many churches, we're living in an age to be cautious IMHO. God Bless...

Hello Lamar. I was in a Pentecostal Church for eight years, I also visited other Charismatic leaning Churches during that time. I think the style might have a lot to do with it, in my experience it's exuberant loud worship and the same in preaching style, that some might label sensationalist...

Hello Foresaken! Welcome, greetings from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🤗
