So yep, her wrist and neck wounds were not deep at all for someone committing suicide. Her actual injuries came from her jump/fall off the second story (which itself is usually not fatal), and likely she did not expect to paralyze herself. She likely thought she'd be able to bust a bone or two...

I've seen the 'suicide wounds'. There's not a scar visible anywhere on her throat, and if it's anything like the tiny scratches she made on her arms, they're nothing but superficial wounds unlikely to cause any death. I suspect that she did this, planned it, took the time to strangle them one...
