    In The Meantime

Satan was foiled in his attempt to turn the King aside from His divine path, but he succeeded with the servants (Satan can cause a believer to commit sin—but the sin will not be willful, as a sinner’s is—NC); and so the highest and best gift of God (salvation—NC) has been the occasion for the...

    “Invalidic Inspiration”

I know what you mean, but if he is truly a Christian God will eventually lead him from every wrong he encounters, because of Phil 2:13, as we all continue to encounter, until He comes!

    “Invalidic Inspiration”

I believe if one is a Christian, God would eventually lead him from the sins of alcoholism. If one never stops sinning willfully it shows he wasn't reborn, because everyone who is reborn has all that is needed to live for the Lord Jesus (1Co 5:11) instead of self.

    “Invalidic Inspiration”

The sins of the saints aren't intentional or willful, which answers to why Scripture never relates a Christian as a sinner. Believers aren't considered sinners ( Heb 10:26; 1Pe 4:18). A sinner is one who willfully sins!

    “Invalidic Inspiration”

The Lord’s desire for His people is not that they should be taken out of the world, but that they should be kept from the evil of it (though the Christian commits sin, God keeps them from ever desiring it - Phl 2:13—NC). In John 15 we looked at as here for the Lord Jesus in three aspects. The...

    Mature Matriculation

Faith comes before assurance, and assurance before the answer (Faith is always first, for “through” it alone establishes eternal Grace – Eph 2:8—NC). The Gentile woman (Mat 15:22) had faith in the Lord’s power, before He gave her any assurance. His intentions of relieving her were when He gave...

    The Scope of It All

When we read the epistles to the Romans and to the Ephesians carefully, we cannot but see the difference between where the Gospel places us on earth, and where knowledge of our position puts us. In Romans I am a justified man going on to glory, fulfilling (because walking is the Spirit) the...

    Clear Communion

Thanks for the instructional! It's very encouraging to know God always restores us after the trial, regardless of how long it lasts. The longer it lasts, the more He is forming us and our faith.

Hi, and appreciate your reply! It's my understanding that there's nothing in this life that we will need in the next.

    You Will Endure!

The most difficult thing Christians go through are the “temptations” they are to endure—and a Christian will endure every single one. Know that God uses everything—especially the trials, for the benefit of believers (Ro 8:28). This promise alone is enough to use to deal with the hardness from a...

    The Trinity (revised)

The primary word for understanding the Trinity is “representation.” Thus the Lord Jesus is the “exact representation” of God (Heb 1:3), which I believe answers to why Christ is occasionally demonstrated in Scripture as “God” or as the “Father” (Isaiah 9:6). The Word is not the Father and the...

    Tantalize, Or Actualize?

The theme of this article is knowing the definite possession of heaven for the Christian! Moses could not enter the Promised Land for going beyond what was instructed on him. He could only see Canaan but was not allowed to enter in. Christians can see the New Heaven in the image of their mind...

Kingdom Law verses Heavenly Grace (A)

Christ’s teachings can be a little difficult because He taught three dispensations simultaneously (Law, New Covenant, Millennial Kingdome). Of course the Law, since Christ’s ascension has been “taken away” (Heb 10:9; 7:19; 8:7-13; 12:27, 28). Nevertheless, there will be a New Covenant for Israel...

Kingdom Law verses Heavenly Grace (B)

It should be borne in mind that the legal kingdom requirements as stated in the Sermon on the Mount are meant to prepare the way for, and condition life in, the earthly Davidic millennial kingdom when it shall be set up upon the earth, and at that very time when the kingdom prayer, “Thy kingdom...

    Heresies

The mercy is meant that God did not restrict the amount of error shown by man, He allowed all of it to be revealed and rebuked.
