I actually do sleep ok. I didn't sleep for a couple of nights at the beginning of this deep despair i was in, but since then I've been ok in that regard.

I think you and Tim can both be right. The enemy can use other people to get to us. The TV really distracts me, so i don't know hunk it would be a good idea to cut it. I do try to look for encouraging things. It's hard to find things that aren't rated R or MA, but I won't watch those at all.

I'd like to say yes, but hard to know because there's always been some circumstance to start it.

My depression is usually triggered by something situational, i.e. something someone else did to me. It's just that it's more than a reasonable sadness.

I mostly use YouVersion or Bible Gateway. Mostly YouVersion, though, since the Bible Gateway app started playing pop up ads when I opened it.
